Although I can't vouch for the quality of their products, integrity matters. Today's society has no place for blatant racism. The ethnic background of a customer should make NO difference if a paying customer has a need for your products. Take your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed to hear how a company like this treats it's customers who are only trying to improve their health and comfort during their crisis based on the color of their skin or culture. I will be sure to never recommend their services to anyone.

It’s really sad people still focus on the race of an individual rather than the individual themselves. Unfortunately that is what this company does, using very rude and offensive language to describe a customer that was just seeking to improve their health with the cooperation of this business. Instead of being a competent business they rather make derogatory comments about individuals race. Truly pathetic

Please take your business elsewhere. This company is supposed to help people, but instead they're focusing on the race of a patient who chose to give them business. The comments made about a family member's race were disgusting. It seems this company chooses to employ people who have no problem degrading another human being. There's no excuse for these comments or behavior.

I’m one to never complain about racism or use the race card. But my experience with this company was that bad. Breaks my heart because this is a company that deals with patients with cancer or other illnesses that require prosthesis or other medical equipment. So my expectations for a company like Fittings For You were very high in regards to service. That they would be compassionate and give you the best service regardless of who you are. Please do not use their services if you’re Mexican or have an accent. I went in almost 3 weeks ago on a Friday to order a lymphedema sleeve. They didn’t have my size so they told me they will have to order one. Asked me for a copy of my insurance and left them my information. Was told they will call me the following Monday to let me know if my insurance would cover and how many sleeves I can get. I didn’t get a call that Monday so I called them but they had already closed so I left a message. They didn’t call me back, so I called again the following Monday. The lady I spoke to didn’t know anything about my order, so she would have to call me back. She didn’t call me back so I called last Friday and left them another message. They finally called me back today but I was on a business call and a lady named Terry left me a message. She forgot to hang up and the message went on with her conversation with the other lady that works there. Terry tells her exactly this: These damn Mexicans…she’s calling all the time (I’ve only called 3 times in 3 weeks and was polite with my messages) then you can hear them discussing my insurance and go on to say “she’ll never pay”, then one of them said, “she can call her own insurance”. These last part cracked me up because they offered to call my insurance. I never asked! I don’t care if it covers or not, I just want to order my sleeve and if I have to pay out of pocket I don’t care, I need my sleeve. So I’m going to go to another business that is not racist and work with people that do what they say they’re going to do.
