Scam Billings!! I've been trying to get $40.00 that was wrongfully charged to me removed for 8 months now. Each time I call their customer support number (4 times and counting) I speak with a person from a call center halfway around the world who confirms the billing is a mistake and "will take care of it and have the charges removed", just to keep getting past due invoices from them.

Always having someone calling me for payment when I’ve got Medicaid and I missed my appointment with my doctor so they came to my apartment and picked up the equipment

Is this the only place that patients can get cpap equipment? These people just won’t quit billing me!! It’s the worst medical equipment experience ever! They are either mailing repeatedly equipment I haven’t ordered or billing me after I’ve paid my bill. I called to find out what their excuse was and they hung up on me. When I called back to talk to someone else with authority I was told there was no one to talk to. I believe it! I don’t think anyone is running this company. Wonderful to know that doctors are sending us to incompetent people. I’m trying to qualify for a job and have to use this machine to do it and it’s looking like I’ll not get it! Thanks to the worst medical equipment company out there.

I didn't even make it out of the starting gate with this business. They haven't processed an order for a new CPAP they received 07/31/2023. I called back with additional questions after initially declining their business and realized that they outsource their billing to a third party. 'NO THANK YOU.' Will be utilizing a local company with in-house billing. Not a corporate nightmare.

Firstcare is a Rotech provider, and I'm not a fan of Rotech's billing practices.Your CPAP will likely be given to you as a rental for 10 months. You will be charged approximately $180 a month, which may be lowered by insurance. Since this is for 10 months, you will likely restart your yearly insurance during that time and be responsible for paying towards your deductible. The billing process with seem vague and a bit redundant. Due to this, I overspent on the AirSense 11 by about $800.You will also be placed on an automatic replacement schedule for your mask and supplies, which may compound your frustation, and I recommend buying them on your own schedule in accordance with your doctor's recommendations.My two cents would be to take your prescription and pay for the machine and mask outright if you are able to through an online provider. Remember, this is business.My overall experience over the last year has been expensive and frustrating. Hopefully my experience will help you make an educated decision, and won't get deleted. At the very least, be sure to ask a lot of questions.

I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I have been with Rotech and First Care. From the day I picked up my machine with the lack of explanation on its use and functions and making sure my mask fit correctly to the billing cycles and past due balances for bills I have never received. I have called in nearly every billing cycle with problems with my bill. I am told one thing and then another thing happens with the billing and insurance. When calling in I am always told that is out of my control and you have to speak to someone else. Paying online for services and bills is a Joke with the system they have you have to create new passwords every time and it rarely works correctly. Beware as they Rotech will charge for modem rental fees well after the time they have in your contract. If I had to get a CPAP machine again, I would defiantly shop around before going to First Care which was my doctors recommendation.

I don’t know if the issue is First Care or Ascension sleep Center. I have been waiting in a new cpap since Sept 30th and still waiting. I have called First Care every single week and got a different excuse each time. Supposedly the sleep center has now faxed the orders 3 times. It has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a cpap. Total incompetence!

Ralph was amazing. He was knowledgeable, funny, and respectful. He had my CPAP set up, taught me how to use, clean, and travel with it. He made sure I was comfortable with using it and understood its little quirks. I was nervous, but he was great. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly, but ask when Ralph will be in for the ultimate service. The ladies were helpful as well but Ralph's your guy!

Received a CPAP machine from FirstCare. Machine has a modem issue, but no one wants to be responsible for fixing this new machine, even though it is under warranty. Would not recommend them or RoTech to get machine or supplie.

They were helpful and friendly, but no one was wearing a mask, which was crazy when it was right after the holidays, and they want you to take off your mask so they can pump your lungs full of the air from their office.

Every time I call it goes to sleep central and they never answer. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with them. Use a different place if you’re able. Unless you live close by and can walk in.

Absolutely terribleThey lack compassion with patients and are completely disorganized each time it's a different person with a different direction and the manager himself doesn't know a thing. The worst part is the lack of genuine care.
