Consistently late, not by hours, by days. When I set something for a day that I will be home because the item I ordered is a high dollar item, it then gets delayed to a day I won't be home.
Packages that require a signature routinely get left without them even trying. A laptop I ordered just left on the porch. My $20k a month cancer meds, when I set to have a signature required, they too just get left on the porch. I, fortunately, get them on days I'll be home.
I wish companies would stop using them. I will be calling someone and complaining about this. I will also be informing Best Buy corporate about the people they use.

More than 75% of the time FedEx does not follow through as they claim they will. Shipments consistently show up late. Sometimes FedEx will mark a shipment as delivered, but it was never delivered. When you call to check on the status of the shipment they argue with you and say it was delivered, but have no proof. Then your shipment is delivered a week later and the driver tells you they just received it that morning. It is very hard to conduct business when you rely on parts to be delivered and FedEx fails so badly. This last incident, FedEx left the engine I ordered on the dock at Jasper Engines and Transmissions and did not pick it up until the day it was supposed to receive it. It doesn't seem to matter whether it is FedEx freight or the local FedEx deliveries, you cannot depend on them to perform even to their own expectations. When I see that a shipment I am expecting is being delivered via FedEx, I know to expect trouble. I suspect that FedEx is experiencing what every business is experiencing... everyone wants a paycheck, but no one wants to work for it anymore.

This place is trash. Call and try to get service unless you have specific information which at times you may not be privy to they will disconnect your call. I am a small business owner and find this unacceptable .

The package was delivered to address, but the driver didn't get out of the truck to see if anyone was home. He then left and we were told for 2 days several stories and no one could find the package. I was so frustrated and really needed the part.

Their driver sat outside our facility and ate his lunch, then FED EX FREIGHT sends us a 77 dollar detention because their driver sat outside eating and charged it to us so he wouldn't get into trouble. How much money can a company make off of false claims. Be aware when using them!!!! Other freight companies give you sales reps to help you through any turmoil. Not FED EX FREIGHT!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!
