They may be good for domestic shipping but not for international shipping to Hong Kong. Manager argued saying he needed a zip code for Hong Kong but both Google and the FedEx main customer service line says no. I had to pay for workstation access on my AMEX too. How do you write an address to Hong Kong?For Hong Kong, the address should always include:Name of addressee,Flat and Floor numbers,Name of building,Number of building and name of street,Name of village, town or district (in CAPITAL LETTERS),(Optional depending on destination) HONG KONG, KOWLOON, or NEW TERRITORIES as appropriate (in CAPITAL LETTERS).

Not even one star id deserving.. A large expensive order was not delivered to my address yesterday. I had a text with tracking number and it said delivered,it was not, I stayed home with front door open and in site, so I called FedEx and the told me the address it was delivered to, so I went there and homeowners even showed me on their Ring doorbell and security camera nothing was delivered there!! So where is my order?? FedEx driver decided to keep it for him or herself?? I'm so upset and still have no resolution from FedEx . All I can say is they better find it and deliver it today!

Ben was so helpful. I walked in 30 min until close and the address that I was given was wrong. My phone was about to died so he gave me a pen and paper to write the information down. Went above and beyond to make sure that we could ship the package!
