Best shipping service staff EVER!!! Get you in and out in a flash, very nice, always trying to help you out and they always keep everything nice and clean :) They all deserve raises and employees of the year!

So called policies enforced when they chose to enforce them. How would I produce a tracking number for a package I didn’t order and had no clue who it came from? I definitely will avoid FedEx for any of my personal business or deliveries. Reflecting over my experiences I am very curious if the “policy” during my last visit was related to how I was dressed (sweats and t shirt vs a more polished attire)

Nicole was the front desk associate that helped me with my package. He was being completely rude. I gave her my ID and then she continued to pester me with asking for more identification even though I gave her a valid ID with a picture of me on it. She was just being completely rude and took up a lot of my time by having me go home and pick up two extra letters proving that I lived at that address even though I had already shown her my ID

My package shipped through a FedEx with this zip code so I’m assuming it was this one. I ordered a large expensive gift, and the FedEx driver proceeded to “deliver” it to the sidewalk in front of my house rather than my porch. Wth??

I've come to this FedEx many times for returns and shipping out. The employees are always very friendly and the cart at the door are excellent for heavy. Love this FedEx location!

7 out of 5 stars. If you want a positive review in this city give me a woman. Its simple and it will be smart for your company. Just do it. Just because non of the other men are interested in women does not mean I fall into that boat. Its stupid and silly and just plain wonky the way "men" act. Very very wonky. Thanks for this woman for providing me customer service. Have a good day.
