I shipped a package at this location in September 2023. After I found out it needed to be there sooner, I asked the lady working if I can change the shipping to get it there faster. She said it would be no problem, they would reverse the previous transaction and charge me for the new price. My bank statemen showed the original charge, the reversal, and the new charge. Two weeks later, I get another pending charge for the original shipping amount. I contacted FedEx and was immediately told to dispute the transaction with my bank. I contacted my bank to file a dispute. Finally in December 2023 (after much back and forth between my bank and FedEx) I'm told that FedEx says I didn't follow the instructions they originally proved to get the charge reversed (seriously?). So, it's back to the bank to explain that FedEx gave no directions and the original transaction was cancelled in the store at their POS device. I am honestly starting to think that an employee at this location used my card fraudulently. I strongly advise to avoid this location and FedEx if at all possible.

The best FedEx location in Wichita, on Kellogg Drive heading east, shortly before Rock Road They have been incredibly helpful here with anything I’ve ever used them for, mostly being printing needs. I’ve received premium and professional customer service from the staff and this location is more spacious than other places like it. I recommend this print and shipping center to all of Wichita.

We found ourselves in Wichita on a jobsite in a pinch looking for labels that we had forgotten to bring with us. I called this location looking to see if they sold the product. Steve fielded the call and let me know that they didn't sell the labels, but spent several minutes on the phone working through other options with me, including offering to help us print the labels on special paper. Steve was so kind, professional, and helpful when we needed it most! Thank you, Steve!

Incompetent employees who want to make excuses rather than rectify the situation. Attempted to print off a large number of flyers online, only I wanted to pay cash. I called the store and they said come on in we can do that in house. I get to the store and the price was more than triple the online price. Guy just kept getting frustrated saying they get to do special pricing online. Then wanted to decrease the size of my flyer to fit two on one page. Still double the cost of what I was originally quoted online.
