Thank you delivery driver Casey, We were home all day waiting for our package to be delivered since this is the only day we could both get off and you didn't even try to find our apartment before flagging it as undeliverable considering that you took this picture from inside your goddamn vehicle. We even put out a Gatorade for you. My phone number is even on file and everything and you put in zero effort, maybe it's time to find a new line of work.

They don’t ring the door bell. I shouldn’t have to wait by the door to receive a package. Terrible service. Multiple days in a row in which I didn’t receive my package, because they refuse to knock any harder than an infant banging its head against a wall.

FedEx is a joke every time I have a package they say can't find address blah blah there are notes with every package that has to go through them and they even show in their system the instructions yet they don't even bother to deliver they just say wrong address

Had to recover an empty trailer out of the back lot. Extremely little maneuvering for sleeper trucks. Single axle day cabs, no problem.

NEVER USE FED EX EVER!
I have had two packages now that have been opened by FedEx and they have attempted to steal stuff. Every package I receive from them is ripped open and gone through. They are thieves. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

They know when we are there. Posted times. Came the same time every day, then went to this center, didn’t act like they wanted to help, just an awful experience. FedEx packages usually have to be returned. I’ve had to chase down trucks in alleys to get my signed packages. You’d think by the third day they would want to call. But nope, they want you to go an hour out of your way with bad customer service just to tell you no.
