The Owner Randy, is not customer friendly. My windshield was cracked going through the car wash…
He was very rude in telling me they don’t crack windshields, how does he know it wasn’t already cracked, and to do what I need to do to get a resolution. A very rude person.
The car wash is over priced, but very clean, and the vacuums are always full of tissue,
The place is just in a convenient location which makes it accessible to many.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Today I was very happy, I just got off work and was going home and decided to go to the car wash and wash my car since I have a membership that I just got yesterday, a very nice older white man helped me with that yesterday I'm still grateful , the reason I'm writing this is because the guys today moved my license plate saying it was paper, I really don't know what's wrong with them and they also said they have to remove it every time I come and I've been to this place many times and they never move my license plate. So I'm not going to do it because my license plate is not a piece of paper and if they are going to do it to me every time I come, I would prefer to cancel my membership. Why they didn't even let me know?, they just took it off ;(. This happened on 07/24/2024 At 1:30 p.m. I'm still very upset. I decide to leave the 5 stars because the older white man who helped me with my membership was very nice. I don't know if he is the boss but he works there so he deserves the 5 stars. I just put it back.
