Terrible customer service. I dropped off torque wrenches to get recertified/repaired and been waiting 3 months now to get them back. I have called so many times that I have memorized their number, 941-4400. I am on first name basis with the guy handling my order-Mike, as well with the store manager- Jeremy. The employees there know my number there on caller id and start talking about my toque wrenches when I call.90% of the time when I call I am told that I will get a call back with information of where they abducted my wrenches to and I HAVE NEVER ONCE GOTTEN A CALL IN GENERAL FROM THIS COMPANY, even after explaining to mike and the manager that they dropped the ball at the bare minimum of not calling me back. Not to mention in the beginning the employees lack of communication between each other on my order, I have called so many times that they know my order pretty well by now. They had a update on my wrenches and needed to ask me what I wanted to do with them in order to proceed and they didn't bother calling to ask what I wanted to do, so my wrenches sat for 2 days until I did my every other day call to find out they dropped the ball on reaching out to me.I have called and asked for them to just return my torque wrenches and not recertify them and that didn't go anywhere.About a month ago mike wasn't around and I talked to jeremy and found out 3 of 4 of my wrenches had come back that they were still waiting on the 3rd...11 days later I called back in and talked to mike, which he just then informed me about the 3 wrenches 11 days after they were sitting on the shelf were i could of picked them up.Customer service is pathetic, have explained this over the phone with them to no improvements. 10 out of 10 would not recommend business here. If you would like disappointed give 941-4400 a call!Edited- I have the receipt for this order at home, but according to this review, its now been over 5 months waiting on these torque wrenches. I almost forgot about not having them at this point. Have borrowed some from friends. Still haven't gotten a call back from them, last phone call was jan 26 when I called them last. And today was the first time in the last 3 months that they have opened the box that the first 3 were in to make sure the last one wasn't in that box ??. It wasn't there, they haven't tried figuring out where it is since I last contacted them, but the first time they have hands on verified my other 3 are sitting waiting for me ? at this point, the 3 that have been certified are 2-3months into their certification time ??.
