Very deceiving. They quoted me 214 on a Tuesday for car insurance and when i called on Thursday to pay for and start the policy they wanted 5-- something even after making sure to ask if all my dings were accounted for- Almost 3X as much.

Kathy is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond her duties and makes you feel like you are her number one priority. She has been my agent for 9 years and any time I have had a question or problem she has it resolved by the end of the day. I can’t say enough about her work ethic and professionalism. I am so lucky to have found her and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I love this office, the employees have great personalities and communication with the clients, always very helpful and very knowledgeable. Kathy is a wonderful agent who understands what her clients needs and explains everything throughly. Never go to anyone else.

The Kathy Holt agency Will be the best experience you’ve ever had with an insurance agency. Kathy goes over and beyond for all of her clients day or night no matter what the situation. She explains things throughly and theres never any catch or mis understandings. She understands your situation as how it affects you not only financially but personally as well. Kathy and the ladies in here office are all great, prompt, and easy to work with. I’ve had a bunch of different insurance companies and I feel that Kathy always offers me what is best for me as well as most cost effective. Not all insurance agents keep your best interest in mind like the people at the Holt Agency do. Six stars!

The Kathy Holt agency goes above and beyond great customer service. Working personally with all Insurance agents in the Wichita and surrounding areas I was privileged to get to know many great agents, but to protect my family and home I chose her hands down after personally watching the concern and care she took with her clients. And it isn’t just Kathy, she hires the best. I have never felt safer with the things that matter most to me. Lots of good agents out there. But I believe I chose the best. I know that if there is ever an issue or worst yet a claim I will be in the best hands possible with Kathy and her agency on my side!

Been with farmers for 20 years. My old agent retired and Kathy has helped me on my auto and now my house. Takes the time to sit down and give me options. Buy far the best in town.

Do not do business with this new woman who took over the agency. Our family has done business with Farmers Insurance through Robert Fellers for decades now. My grandparents, parents and now I have had insurance with that same agent for a very long time. Recently Mr. Fellers retired and all his clients were passed on to this woman who I really don't even care to learn her name the way she has treated us. It has not been a smooth transition to say the least. In February we sold one of our vehicles and called for what should have been an easy task of cancelling the insurance on the truck. She claimed we needed all sorts of documentation to end the policy on that vehicle. That left a sour taste in my mouth so I suggested my parents go ahead and switch insurance. We had three vehicles, only one of them was with a different agency. The other insurance agency had no issues just cancelling a policy so we could swap to another company. This woman again made us go through a whole run around on the car and is still insisting on documentation about the sale of the truck. We finally got our house and car on a new policy with a competing insurance company. It is now 3 months later and the woman will not let us stop the insurance on this truck that we no longer own. This is getting to the point where it is feeling like fraud. I am not recommending you go to another insurance company... just that you stay away from the agent that does business at 8020 E Central ave. You might end up in the same position we are currently. I am going to find a way to report this agent to the company and whoever licenses agents in the state of Kansas this week if she still refuses to end the policy. This whole mess is ridiculous. Bob Fellers was one of the nicest people we have ever done business with and that is why we were willing to spend a thousand more a year to keep him as our agent. If only he had taught this woman a thing or two before he retired, this might never have happened.
