I had such a pleasant experience with Katherine as she assisted me with my Medicare Insurance needs. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and she so patiently guided me through the process. Choosing Medicare coverage is a daunting task. Stressful & overwhelming enough; trying to make the best decisions for your future alone doubles the worry. I got a personal-type card in the mail. Thought I'd give her a call. Once I stepped in to her office & met her, I knew I had made the right decision. She was patient, relatable & very knowledgeable. She wasn't bothered that I had to reschedule a couple times. Honesty & openness are important attributes to have in this business, and Katherine is all of that & more. Katherine has been so helpful in getting me straightened out trying to understand Medicare and all its complicated benefits. She has spent so much time with me explaining everything.
