My main concern is Guajardo stole from me during install, told the store and reps, and they acted like they didn't care. No offer to talk to him to try to recover property, nor did they even ask the cost of what was stolen.So please be cautious and not leave during install, especially if Guajardo is doing install.Besides the theft, he did a half a$$ job on install and they had to send out another crew to properly stretch the carpets, and fix his multiple mistakes.
