Horrible my car went to the shop and I was told the motor was going out they refused to fix it and when it broke down I was told to take a loss cause they didn’t have any money to replace it

I bought a car for Family Motors and was told in six months of paying for my car. I could trade in my car and get a better car than what I had when I tried to trade in my car. It was always something. Oh we got a charger for you right it's in the shop. What the manager was doI h waiting on me to pay my car off I went to try to get another car through them because I am disabled they denied me, but I pay my car note on time every month. The fact of the matter when I bought my first car from them I was disabled. I would not trust Family Motors as far as I can see them. If you are on disability, do not waste your time trying to get approved. and my honest opinion, I would not recommend this car company for anybody to go through to get a car..

Very rude said we got approved then when we got there they said we didn’t get approved after they said we did the guy there was very rude don’t recommend this place I recommend easy pay they are nice and they work with you don’t waste ur money and time at family motors

They are liars and will try to scam you. I'm glad I didn't buy from them. They told me I needed to have insurance on the vehicle before I even did the paperwork. I was told $500 would be the down payment, but after I had everything in line, he told me I would need 25% down. Way more than $500!! They are not professional and are very rude!

I was late on my payment do to not being able to work because of medical reasons. I'm currently waiting on my medical emergency leave pay. I was at the hospital all day yesterday having medical test and procedures done. Since I was unable to get a hold of them before they closed yesterday they came and repossessed my truck that I have been paying on for the last 16 months. I am very displeased and very irrate with this local dealership here in Wichita, KS. First off I guess I've been leasing my truck for the past 16 months and still have another 7 or 8 months left on my lease before I can buy and own the truck for an additional $5,000. Thought you could only lease a vehicle if it was less then 4 years old and has under 48,000 miles on it. That's what the law said when I looked it up and consulted an attorney. My truck is a 2002 and had 148,000 miles on it. Something doesn't smell right!!!!!
