I've been a regular here every couple of months for four years or so. They carry a huge stock of slipcast lowfire pieces, offer glazing studio and firing, full lines of several brands of glaze, tools, kilns, and kiln parts. The staff is tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. Of the two ceramics supply stores in Kansas... this is the one to go to.

I contacted the store and was abruptly hung up on after saying hello. The young woman who answered appeared irritated by the mere task of answering the phone. When she initially picked up, she tersely said "hello?" in a curt tone, which left me unsure if I had dialed the correct number. After confirming that I had, I returned her greeting, only to be promptly hung up on without further explanation. My attempt to call back was predictably redirected to voicemail. Exemplary service, Evan's.
Update after Evan’s response: Wouldn't you agree that it's quite unkind to lie? Unless, of course, someone managed to enter your establishment unnoticed and took it upon themselves to answer the phone—an unlikely scenario, to say the least. Further, I never stated that this occurred today, on Sunday. It seems you’ve told on yourself by assuming when this occurred. Regardless, I've attached timestamped screenshots of the number I dialed. Now, please explain to me who exactly is being untruthful here?

Great place to go hang out with friends and be creative all at the same time. There is a ton of clay pieces to pick from. This would be an awesome place for an adolescents birthday party.
