Very pleasurable experience. The owner & staff went beyond what I have seen from other dealerships when buying a car or obtaining service. They are a small dealership that prides itself on finding specialty vehicles. You don’t find this type of service anymore in today’s market.

Experience with Eurotech Saab goes back many years. Starting in 2007 we shipped a new Saab 9-3 2.0T from Germany to Eurotech when we moved from overseas. Saab footed the bill and Eurotech took care of everything on this end. Fast forward through the years....from 2015-2019 that same Saab now with over 140k miles was serviced there numerous times for a clutch, radiator, misc. engine issues until it was time to let it go. The service dept. was always professional and the repairs were always done correctly. I've also had two other vehicles serviced there...a BMW and even routine maintenance on a 2019 Ford ( replacement for the Saab 9-3). in every instance the service manager has made efforts to keep costs down and communicated with me about the recommendations for the repairs. For service they have definitely gained my trust. We have also purchased two vehicles from them and both have exceeded expectations. Buying used cars is always a gamble...they take great care in ensuring they aren't selling you a lemon. Small business....great staff, reliable very reasonably priced used vehicles and a reliable honest service dept. Can't ask for much more than that :)
