This place sucks. He said he had the right part, but he didn’t. He didn’t have a trashcan. He didn’t have paper towels. No refunds, no help, no concern for customers whatsoever. Will not be back.

tried a battery in the store and it didn’t work. they wouldn’t return or replace it since i hadn’t tried it before even though they saw their product didn’t work- kept pointing to a no refund sign - shady

I've been to this vape shop twice and the costumer service has been nothing short of exceptional. Both employees I've had the pleasure interacting with where extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is how a business should be ran.

I was impressed by the store's wide range of high-quality cigars, including some rare cigars and vapes.The staff was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect cigar and vape products for my preferences. They even took the time to teach me some tips and tricks for getting the most out of my purchases.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this cigar and vape store and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch products and service. I will definitely be back!

Best place! There was an issue with one of my products and they were EXTREMELY accommodating. I think the service is top quality tier and I know I’ll be coming more. The staff is friendly and they gave me some great recommendations! 10/10 if you don’t know where to go, you should come here!
