Where do I begin singing the praises of Sharon Konek? Well . . . in addition to being an experienced interior designer with spot-on suggestions, she is a lot of fun to work with! From the very beginning, I knew I had come to the right place to begin my decorating journey. Sharon listened to the kind of furniture I wanted and offered endless design suggestions. She knows the entire Ethan Allen product line, from furniture to various wood finishes to carpets to accessories. She provided me with helpful advice and thoughtful recommendations throughout my decision-making process. Hunter Douglass window treatments are part of my decorating plan, and after visiting with Sharon, I feel confident and pleased with the decision to purchase this quality product. Other customer reviews have left me feeling assured that the delivery, installation, and set up process will go very smoothly. Overall, my experience working with Sharon has been wonderful, and I will call on her again when planning another decorating journey. Being a very satisfied client, I will definitely recommend Sharon to others.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Ethan Allen. I’ve worked with Michaela and Sharon, who are both wonderful! I’ve also had a good experience with the delivery service they use to deliver and set up the furniture. Thank you! I love my new space.

Spent $6800 on a sectional and it was provided with no way to keep it together. It constantly slides apart and separates. No hardware, clips, brackets, etc.Have tried calling and ALWAYS goes to voicemail. Considering the prices they charge, you’d think they could afford to hire someone to answer the phone and greet customers. Very poor service, very disappointed. Not at all what we were expecting.

My husband and I walked into the Ethan Allen store not knowing what to expect. We really didn’t have anything, we didn’t really know what we wanted, and most importantly we didn’t know how to go about starting from a blank slate. You see our house was destroyed in a tornado and we are in the process of rebuilding. The only thing I had to go by were some architectural drawings with measurements that didn’t really mean anything to me. So here we are looking at the beautiful displays in the store with no starting point and no way of figuring it out. That is when we met Sharon. I think she saw our confusion and pain and proceeded to share with us how she could bring all these measurements to life and show us a 3D representation of our home. I could have cried…I think I did! Through a couple of meetings she brought our home to life. I could actually envision what our open concept house would look like. Not only did she make it real for us, she got to know us. We have since ordered our furniture that is far beyond our expectations. Sharon listened to us and picked up on who we were and what we liked. She is a true professional and we feel so blessed to have her partner with us on this journey to home.

I love doing business with Ethan Allen. The design staff is very friendly and can always work out affordable solutions to your needs. I am very much design challenged and it’s a great relief to have someone who can put a few new pieces with my existing pieces and give me a beautiful room. The furniture is well made and a very good value.

Great experience purchasing Hunter Douglass window treatments. They’re beautiful and purchase to instillation experience went smoothly. Also enjoyed shopping for other items in store. Design staff helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Morgan. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a very pleasant and smooth experience at Wichita’s Ethan Allen store. Our designer, Courtney, was excellent! My husband and I had our common ideas and design differences, and Courtney did a fantastic job of bringing what we both liked into a cohesive and beautiful plan for our home. The delivery service was top notch in both professionalism and carefulness. We will be return customers!

We had the best furniture shopping experience with Courtney Prendes as our designer. She asked questions, made thoughtful suggestions, and exemplified patience throughout the entire process. Also, she was knowledgeable about the various finishes and was able to recommend furniture that fit our families need and space. The finished sofa exceeded our expectations. It was created with meticulous detail and has a tag signed by every craftsman that helped construct it. In my opinion, that's pretty cool. I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking for furniture and design services.

Stay away from this furniture store, you would think you get the best products and services from a luxury store, but not from Ethan Allen. I have been trying to get things fixed, but they gave me the run around. For example I ordered two nightstands with round pull hardware , instead it came with Mikey mouse. It has been more than 4 months since I have been asking to get the correct hardware. They keep saying it has been ordered. How hard is to send these pull hardware ? There is nothing special about these hardawar .
