It’s Labor Day, I scheduled an oil change a week ago. Drove 30 minutes to just sit in my car for 30 minutes to find they are supposed to be open but no one wanted to come into work. And ya this is not a business. I didn’t get notified to tell me they won’t be open. Online it says hours might very but I specifically scheduled an appointment for 8:30

**Outstanding Service and Exceptional Care!**
My husband recently purchased new wheels and tires from this location, which is 160 miles from our home. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Tom, a Volvo Service Advisor, and Emma, the technician. The level of care and professionalism they provided far surpassed any experience we’ve had at our local Volvo dealership and service center. Both Tom and Emma were incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The 2.5-hour drive was well worth it, and we will certainly be returning to have our Volvo serviced here in the future. Their dedication to outstanding service has earned our loyalty—highly recommend!

Bought my 2nd car there. Great people. Jamie was very nice. The Store Manager helped me the first day (sorry I forgot your name). And the Senior Manager is still there from when I bought my first car. Said he had been there since 78 I think. Wow. That is dedication. Thank You Everyone.

I was visiting town for a few days of training. We were having an issue that our local dealer couldn’t fix after having the car for the better part of a week and I figured I’d try a Hail Mary and call Eddy’s. I called the service department on Friday afternoon. They took our car in on Monday morning and almost instantly had a diagnosis and ordered parts for overnight delivery. I had the car back by Tuesday afternoon. They even got me a loaner car and fixed a couple other annoying little things on our car. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe the service I received.

All dealerships should operate like Eddy's. The convertible I found online was exactly as advertised, got a fair deal on my trade-in and on my new ride.
Worked with Carson on the deal and he is highly recommended.

I bought my first Volvo yesterday. I worked with Gage at Volvo. He was wonderful. He helped tremendously in my decision.The whole process was incredibly simple. From getting approved, to terms that were affordable. I absolutely love my Volvo..Even if you don't want a Volvo they have many other used cars that are priced very reasonably. The dealership has people who genuinely want to help you and make the car buying process simple.

Just bought a a great pre-owned Volvo at Eddy's Volvo of Wichita today. A wonderful experience from start to finish! As always, an incredible service and car buying process this September 2023. I drove the two hours to Eddy's Volvo to be met by the smiling and cheerful service team for a scheduled service appointment. My XC60 was moved to the maintenance bay, and I went to the waiting area which by the way as the best cappuchino, cafe, popcorn, and snacks available at 8:00 in the morning. At 9:00 AM Bryan arrived to speak with me about trading in my XC60 for a newer XC60, one thing led to another, at 1200 PM I was on my way home in a 2020 XC60 with a smile and great feeling. The entire team of Sales, Service and Technicians were with me the entire time, showing me the differences, options and methods to save fuel, wear and tear on the vehicle until they let me go. I have been going to Eddy's Volvo for almost seven years, none of these trips were unscheduled, all services. The service team take my Volvo in for scheduled servicing, I am kept up to date on what is taking place and if anything is out of the ordinary until the final checks when the service managers sit down with me and explain everything for payment. A serviced, washed inside and out Volvo is returned in immaculate condition. I cannot say enough about this group of individuals, they are without a doubt the most professional, caring, and considerate group of people you will meet when you visit Eddy's Volvo. A personal thank you from me to them and looking forward to visiting again in the future.

I 100% cannot speak highly enough of this place. Bryan (whom of which sold us our car) was so kind and helped in any way he could with our almost-toddler that we brought along with us. We also had hiccups with loan approval and they were SO kind and SO patient throughout the process. When i came alone to sign everything and had my son with me(whom of which I was struggling to keep happy), every worker that passed did not hesitate to ask if they could help in any way. The workers at Volvo are some of the most amazing and professional people I have ever met. They genuinely treat you like family there, and work their hardest to get you the best deals possible.
