Eddys lied to consumer protection saying they gave me free services when our original agreement was that they fix everything on my car upon purchase. I agreed that after they fix everything wrong, I'd take on any repairs after that. They failed miserably and did not give me a buyers guide to assist with fixing my car that broke down 3 weeks after buying but consumer protection believed their bogus lies. GOOD LUCK IF YOU BUY FROM HERE!

I'm literally sitting here waiting for my cars service to be completed and feel the need to give recognition where it is due. Gerardo is the person that checked me in and I believe he is also the service manager. He was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I kind of felt awkward asking before. Please be sure he receives the recognition he deserves! He made a chore that most people dread, surprisingly delightful!

Bryan was so nice and helpful. He was patient and held good conversation. He didn’t “vulture” us and was overall very informative and he helped my sister get into the car she really wanted. He didn’t try to change her mind about it and try to get her in a more expensive car. 10/10 would recommend him as your salesperson.

Overall process of checking in and out was efficient. Alignment was completed successfully. So not one star review. I had stated a concern about rotors as my vehicle had a shake when braking. Vehicle returned after service and was told there was no problem. Then took a long road trip to Colorado and continued to experience more shaking when braking. Very scary on steep grades!! Once home went to a different reputable mechanic for another opinion. He stated both front rotors had obvious warp and hot spots; recommended they should be replaced.I won’t be returning to Eddy’s. You get one chance to take my concerns seriously and keep my vehicle safe on the road.If you’re serious about resolving my concerns, “Ashley” can look up my contact information and call me.

From the moment my wife and I spoke to Terren on the phone and then how he handle everything when we came into Toyota to see our potential purchase, he made our experience the best we ever had at a car dealership! He is very personable and definitely a great salesman and I would recommend him to anyone who is hesitant on purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I walked out very satisfied!!! This is part 2 since they will only let you post 1 review per Google account. Every time you go to get something done on your car past 20K miles, they are going to try and get you to buy unnecessary parts and "preventative" services for your vehicle. Not to mention, they are going to incorrectly diagnose your vehicle's condition and use it as an excuse to try and get you to purchase ridiculously overpriced parts.On my most recent visit on August 30th to get my Camry serviced, I went in for a simple tire rotation. This service is covered under Toyota Care and was included in the purchase of my vehicle. When I took it in, I dropped it off and planned to come back later. I told the gentleman at the service counter to call me when it was finished.I received a call a little over an hour later telling me that no work had been performed on my vehicle. They stated that the tread on my tires had been "too low to rotate safely" and that they were unable to complete the service. I knew exactly what was about to happen. He then tried to sell me on an entire set of tires for a ridiculous amount of money over the phone. Mind you, my vehicle only has 30K miles and the tires were brand new along with the car when I bought it just 3 years prior. There was no way the tread was that low. I hadn't noticed anything being off when driving the car either so I knew something wasn't right.I took a tread measurement tool with me when I went back to pick up the car. All the tread was measuring between 3-4 and not the 2 that they had stated on the multi point inspection. I insisted it wasn't right, but to no avail. I left without my tires being rotated. To add to the ridiculousness, they included a printout of tire quotes along with my multi point inspection. They gave me a quote for 3 sets of tires (Good, Better, and Best). All the quotes were blatantly overpriced and with little to no research you could find a better deal. So not only did they not diagnose it correctly, but used it as an excuse to not fulfill their obligation per Toyota Care as stated when you purchased a new vehicle. Went in for an oil change today. Nice clean waiting area, and it only took 1 1/2 hours. No pushy salespeople or cars to look at.

Cathy R. helped us in choosing my husband's car. Surprisingly, the car that we initially came in to test drive was not at this location, rather another one. However, that did not deter Cathy in showing us other options, and it just so happened that the first car she showed us was the car my husband would end up choosing. What really helped us come to this decision, other than the fact the car was perfect, was the fact that she was very honest, thorough, funny, and overall created such a chill and respectable environment for us both. Definitely recommend coming here, most especially recommend Cathy to be the one to show you around. Also! Shout out to everyone else that helped us with this process! So excited to go home with an even better vehicle!! ?

I have been getting oil change here for the last 3 years. But when my mom took her vehicle ( same generation with mine ) , she was asked if there was a price given over the phone. Then I check our receipts. Now I have to question their honesty. One was charged $63 , and the other was charged $73. This car oil capacity is 3.7qt. One receipt say 3qt and the other says 5qt. I think they just put however many qt they want on there. Only $10 but it’s a questionable practice.Updates from last review, everyone should check their oil drip pan or whatever that could be called underneath your car after the service. Whether they didn’t put the screw back or it was missing, it became a hazard if that were to fly off while diving. At least I should be notified i stead of “ you are good to go “. ?♂️ happened on both cars. Quite sad actually. The vibration could yank some plastic clips of but these are screws. If they design cars to be flimsy then I ran out of things to say. Oh well.Update: 2023-7-18. nobody picked up the phone when I called. I’m giving them one more chance. Let’s see. If It’s no good, Wait for a video.

I recently purchased a new Tacoma truck from this Toyota dealership, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to anyone. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that the salesperson lacked knowledge about their inventory and was unable to provide any helpful assistance or information regarding the timing of delivery.After completing the purchase, my disappointment grew when I didn't receive a single update from the salesperson for three whole weeks. It was only after I proactively reached out and called them that I finally got an update. To my surprise, I discovered that the truck had already arrived at the lot. In fact, I had driven by and confirmed it arrived with the VIN, yet when I called the salesperson, they claimed that the truck was still in transit. It was evident that the salesperson was completely unaware of its arrival, which was a clear sign of miscommunication and disorganization within the dealership.To make matters worse, when discussing warranties with their finance manager, my wife and I felt pressured into signing up for additional coverage. We were assured that we could cancel these warranties before taking possession of the vehicle. However, upon further consideration, we decided against them and attempted to cancel. This is when things took a turn for the worse.The finance manager became aggressive towards my wife and me, belittling us for not purchasing the warranties. Furthermore, he falsely claimed that one of the warranties couldn't be canceled, which contradicted the earlier information we had received.When I requested to speak with someone higher up about the issue, the finance manager claimed to have spoken to the general manager, but it later became apparent that he had lied to us. I told him, unfortunately, I'll need to shop elsewhere because I don't want to do business with a dealership lacking integrity and his words were "I guess you can buy a vehicle in Oklahoma". The entire experience has been a disappointment and I will not be back.

I had a great experience from the moment I arrived at the dealership. The staff was very professional, they work hard and do the best they can to take care of getting you into a new or used vehicle. I highly recommend buying a Toyota for peace of mind with the lifetime power train warranty. I have never felt better about the purchase of a vehicle until I left eddys toyota.

Excellent Service Department! Had a flat last night. I have the tire and wheel warranty on my Rav4. I called this morning and was going to have to drop it off and pick it up later today for the fix, which was fine. When I got there, they had some cancellations and I was able to wait on the fix and was all taken care of in less than an hour! By the way, that warranty has already saved me $267! Excellent service!! Thank you Gerardo!!

I was in need of a car and bought a 2020 Camry from them, however, I didn’t pay attention to the front and back bumper and I did not know that they were not attached all the way… then a few months later i took it to a car wash and during the wash the rear bumper came off and caused some denting and paint damage. I would recommend checking all bumpers and trim thoroughly before buying from here because the inspection department is a joke and the company will not make it right.as for my saleswoman, Cathy…. she was rude and impatient as well as rushy about the whole process. She is not the salesperson you will want to go with
