Note to service management:reset oil maintenance notification when customers come in for oil change. Also, do something with the car wash. My vehicle looks worse afterwards. If you can’t get these simple things right what else are we not seeing underneath the hood in regards to what you’re supposed to do. Not living up to simple expectations.

This was the ultimate best experience i could have ever had. Craig was so easy to work with. I was a pest with 'specific detailed inquiries and photos' of the Prius i bought. I live in northern Michigan and coordinating the tow and finance process. Unbelieveable!! I bought it 'site unseen'. Been a great car! Thank you for working with an out of state customer!! Love the car!!

I was getting my oil changed today and I met Cheyenne Smith. She is in sales and I would recommend asking for her for your next vehicle purchase. Very nice visit at Eddy's Toyota on West Kellogg.

Do not buy a prepaid service package at this dealership it is a major ripoff paid 900$ for it supposed to cover all preventative maintenance for 2 years never was told that it expired at 45k miles which was 25k miles over what the truck was purchased at in order for me to of gotten 900$ in value I would of had to have the truck checked every month definitely not worth the money and definitely recommend everyone avoid this place at all costs i dont support shady practices at all and this place is textbook shady salespeople taking advantage of any and everyone they can

I went back to Eddy’s Toyota asking for the money back for my husband car edge door, and they said the would give back the money IF I change my review for a good review. Well I am not changing my review, I am talking with a lawyer and see what can be done.
I bought my first car at Eddy’s Toyota, Mario and Sonny were great, they made me feel welcome and treated me really good. With me being a woman, it was difficult to try to buy a car. I tried at Kia before this but the salesman did not want to talk to me, he kept making the conversation with my husband, ignoring the fact that I was the one buying the car and not my husband, and at Toyota they talked to me and made business with me, which was a plus.
But not everything went great at Toyota, they did not tell me that the car is thought i was buying changed and i signed the papers for a cheaper trim level and a different color (interior and exterior), I know the difference of price was over $1000 and they said that I will get a $600 check back after i complained alot about this difference in cars. If I had said nothing, I would never have gotten that money back. They even forced me to pay $395 for a door edge guard protection saying that all Toyota cars comes with that, when its not true, they are just trying to sell a product for you, my car came without that, and I had to bring the car back to the dealership to put it on and I was late to work because they only do that service once a week. When I got there, the person that was supposed to do the service was late. The general manager from the store Jim, was so rude with me, he gave me such a hard time, treated me so bad, even trying to blame me for not having the service done when the car first arrived, but it wasn’t my fault, the car came without that service done, when they told me all cars already come with that. I asked for my money back , he tried to give me $200 but what I paid was $395, So I asked him why he was trying to take advantage of me, if it was because I am a woman, he got really pissed, and he started yelling at me and embarrassing me in front of the entire store, He was so rude and not professional. My husband and I just bought two cars for them (Corolla Cross and 4Runner TRD Pro), but we will never buy a vehicle from Eddys again because of Jim he is the worst manager Eddys could choose to take care of the store.

I enjoyed working with Anthony Cohens for the purchase of a 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro. One of the best car purchasing experience I’ve had in many year. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

My review is solely based on my purchase experience and the aftermath. My sales rep seemed to be really on top of finding the right car for me which was not easy and basically found what every dealer in my city couldn't. That is pretty much where the positives end. I was ghosted by the same sales rep after they found the car, so eventually I moved on to work with a dealer in my area and I got a call almost a month later telling me the car came in after multiple unreturned phone calls. The hassle in the end cost them a couple grand off sticker for me to agree to continue to do business with them. It seemed like a pretty fair deal all in all, so I agreed and asked that we do the paperwork via email and have the car ready the next day. I would be traveling all day, I was not wanting to hang around at the dealership. The paperwork request was at 9am and it was sent multiple times to get it corrected and concluded 8 hours later. A simple task strung out to the point of a hassle to complete. I showed up the next day and the car wasn't ready. Had to wait on them to install the plate bracket and got the car sort of clean with dusty interior, water spotted exterior and a scratch on the wheel. Said is was detailed lol:) A week or so went by and I tried to make contact with them again, no luck. Called the Sales Manager directly, told me he would call me back in a text and never followed through. I had a couple questions that apparently will never be answered. Guess after the start of this purchase I'm not overly shocked I'm being ghosted again. Either way, I would say as a large purchase decision goes, I obviously expect people to return phone calls or emails and this spot simply falls on it's face in that regard from the top to the bottom. I couldn't possibly recommend them at all with the exception of the titling team. Titling squared away my stuff fairly rapidly and were the positive overall from my experience at Eddy's Toyota.. I'm a little torn if this review is a 2 or 1 star review and basically decided it should essentially be based on customer service since it's only reviewing the sales team. 2 things were ok, but overall nah...

The 5 stars is solely for Jonathan, the salesman, not the company or finance department. He was friendly and professional. Jonathan had great customer service - I had to come up there to sign paperwork before my new car arrived, so I did not have a ride to get there and he offered to drive me there and home. He also took time out to help me figure out how to get my auto start working.
