During my oil change they inspected my car and told me I needed a new cabin filter. I had just personally replaced my cabin filter a week prior. This is pretty dishonest, and I won't be coming back to a place that lacks integrity.

EDIT: After reaching out to Ashley
at corporate as suggested, she was able to get reimbursement authorized for the key fob programming charge and also the charge for the Range Rover lettering on hood- I do appreciate the response to my review and am pleasantly surprised at their willingness to address the issues.
Recently bought a used Range Rover. My salesman was super easy to work with and we made a deal via email and text messages pending a test drive. We drove 3 1/2 hours and test drove the vehicle -since we didn't finance through the dealership the process was very quick. That being said, just when we are getting ready to leave The salesman tells me they only have one key But he would pay for another key if I Sent him the invoice. I had asked about an owners manual and he pointed into the glove box at the manual. The following are things that I should've recognized however, I would've appreciated the salesman pointing these things out. Shortly, after leaving the dealership on the drive home realize there was a crack in the windshield. Upon arriving home and pulling out the owners manual it was for and completely different car. I had to take my car to the Land Rover dealership to get the new key fob programmed and they asked me about the missing Land Rover letters on the front of the vehicle. Apparently the hood had had some work done on it and they didn't replace the letters, so I am currently out the money for the new letters on the front of the hood, I'm still awaiting a check for the $250 programming fee of the key fob However, I did receive a check for the key fob itself.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but just do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs they sold me a branded title vehicle because their title department didn’t catch it and after 3 months of poor communication and shady business practices along with avoided phone calls on their part I was told there is nothing they are going to do about it and I am now stuck with a branded title vehicle.

Gary is wonderful!!!
He even found a situation that is still covered by my power-train that Cadillac will repair. I have a 2020 Cadillac xt4 - I was so worried when something went wrong - even more worried about going to the dealership but Gary was so helpful and professional. All is good and I still love my Caddy.

I was needing my tire to get patched, I hit a nail while traveling through Wichita. I called Eddy’s and was told they could get me in right away. It took over an hour and a half to get my tire patched and car washed. I informed them I did not need my car washed. They checked on the status 3 separate times after stating my tire was patched and was waiting for my car to be washed. It took them 30 minutes to “wash my car” once they were finished it took in total about 1.5hours and my vehicle wasn’t even washed. They worked in a pinch but I should have just went down the road to quick lane.
Update: I spoke with Ashley the corporate customer relations manager that insured me she would address my concerns and would also be sending me a refund 6/28/24. As of 8/23/24 I have not received any letter or reimbursement for this issue from the company.

It a used Honda CR-V with 96,235 miles on it. like it but noticed a oil change sticker on the windshield that said it had an oil change in June of this year with a mileage of over 101,000. What? Something is wrong here. I’m not happy about having to deal with this issue.

I enjoyed this situation tremendously compared to a previous one that I’ve had. There was some recall work done, and some scratch cover up work, but when my vehicle was returned, I noticed there were more scratches than before ..Which I reported and haven’t heard anything back.
