Gary is wonderful!!! He even found a situation that is still covered by my power-train that Cadillac will repair. I have a 2020 Cadillac xt4 - I was so worried when something went wrong - even more worried about going to the dealership but Gary was so helpful and professional. All is good and I still love my Caddy.
