Took my car in because my tire kept going low and Eddy’s got a notification from On-Star about it and called to see if I wanted to schedule. I took them up on this option since the tire was on my to-do list. They said I also needed a cabin air filter changed. I scheduled that as well. Dropped my vehicle off Saturday afternoon and was told it would be ready in an hour. After an hour and a half, I still haven’t heard from them so I texted my rep to inquire about the vehicle status. We headed back there assuming it would be about finished. They were wrapping up about 40 minutes later and said my tire was fine. I clarified since it had been going low for 3 days and had to be aired up & was told it was probably the change in temps. By Monday my tire was low enough to need air AGAIN! Called service and was told it would be a couple of days before they could look at it again. Went to another place and this huge nail (pictured here) is what they found! I’m not sure how that was missed by the service dept., but it’s extremely frustrating that the job could’ve been handled without multiple disruptions to our schedule if they would’ve done the job properly when they had my vehicle in service. It definitely makes me question their ability to diagnose other issues.

I appreciate being able to schedule my service online. I appreciated the kind staff and the ability to watch a video of my car getting worked on. The bathrooms are clean and I love the snack selection. Lastly, I was on a trip and brought my dog in and she was welcomed. Thank you everyone at Eddy's Chevrolet for your diligent kind service.

Today was a good day our car kept making this noise on the left side. Turned out it was a link they had the part in they fixed it and it was under warranty. How blessed is that.
