it was really good! I don't know a lot about cars and they didnt make me feel dumb and they didnt try to get me to buy things I didn't need. only took like 15 mins and left knowing more about how to maintain my car!

I am so impressed with the experience I had at this establishment. I thought I just needed my brake pads changed but it was so much more. The guys took their time to talk with me and helped me work out the cost. They even sent me a link so I could get everything payed for without having to drive in an icestorm. I strongly recommend them.

N. Woodlawn location in Wichita Ks. Ive been using this location for the past 4 yrs. I drive about 1500 miles a week and get oil changes every 1-1.5 months. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
They get me in and out within 30 mins, walk-in, no appointment (although I try and come in when they are not slammed)

I was in and out love there digital inspection made me aware of what I needed without a sales man in my face authorized my repairs from my phone, super easy and very convenient I'll definitely be back. Came here for an oil change the shop has turned around in 3 months whole different operation new people and genuinely love wat they do and care abought they're customers I will be returning and encourage my friends and family to come here

Pretty disappointed as I get my oil changed here regularly. There were 5 workers there and 2 of the 3 bays were open and I was told at 5:42 that they were closed. They close at 6. I have made it here at 5:50 before and they changed my oil with no problem.

Not the place it used to be. Said they had a new system. This systems sends out high prices (air filter $80). When you dont approve they say the wrong price was sent and it is $35. Now they are putting stickers saying next oil change is due in 3000 miles. Was alway 6000 before. Dishonest. Will not go back.

Came in for an oil change instead of doing it myself. They did change the oil which is what I paid, BUT here are all the cons -I guess they found the locking tab that keeps the filter housing in place too incoveient so they broke it off and instead just torqued the hell out of it. Great, now for the life of the car I'll never be able to have that again. Also, the torque was way out of spec.They also saw a rip in one of the boots on a CV shaft, so tried to tell me I needed to spend nearly a grand to replace all of the shafts, rather than just the one, let alone just rebuilding that one with a new boot. I'll do that myself since its a $13 part from RockAuto.They also tried telling me I needed to replace my windshield wipers, which were only a few months old and are the higher end silicone kind. Its been about 12,000 miles since that oil change and the wipers are still in mint condition.This is why people don't trust shops. If you techs try to pull this on me and scam me out of 1k and make my car worse then imagine what they try to pull on someone who looks even less informed.
