I came in today with both of my medium-large size dogs and 8 month old baby. Needless to say, my hands were full, but all the staff members were so helpful and took care of everything throughout our appointment with such patience and understanding. They did a great job handling my one dog that was really nervous. They also assisted with all my requests and made sure we were all taken care of. All the staff members really eased my worries about bringing the whole family to vet. Thank you!

sometimes things and places just aren’t a good fit. we had an emergency once and were directed to go elsewhere because our dog was to big. due to his size we suggest you take him to Emergency care. (they were excellent and very kind and patient with Milo Gucci )second time we were sent way because we were 15 minutes late. However we were able to find another vet clinic that was accustomed to handling bigger dogs and welcomed our big fur babies

We've been going to East Central Veterinary Hospital for more than a decade. They've cared for our pets and been with us during pets' last moments. We've laughed and cried together. They always treat our animals and our people with love and respect, take time to listen, never rush us out the door. The doctor and the whole staff are competent and empathetic.

I had 3 dogs, now only 2 but I ended up going there after one of my German Shepherds had complications that they recommended me putting her down. Without trying to make money off of me unlike my previous Vet off of 13th and West St. They showed me compassion when I had to put her down.
Each time I have had to take my other two dogs they take the time to visit and really evaluate my them like they deserve, they take their time Dr. Bayliff actually even sits on the floor with them to make them feel comfortable. Excellent service, I highly recommend.

Love Dr. Bayliff and the entire staff. They treat me and my babies with the utmost love, care and respect. Most highly recommend. Also, Dr. Bayliff is the fastest nail cutter in town, blink and you'll miss it.

We are so thankful to Dr Bayliff and entire staff! We brought our dog Chester in with mast cell tumors and the outlook was looking pretty bad. We didn’t know what to do, but were trying to do the best thing for Chester. Chester is almost 13 years old and we’ve had him since he was 2. He was our son’s dog and we got him when he died. Dr Bayliff gave him a thorough exam and gave us our options. We decided to have the tumors removed. That was the best thing we could have done. Dr Bayliff removed the tumors and sent in the samples for evaluation. The results were the best they could have been! Low grade 2 with margins and no chemo needed! Dr Bayliff saved Chester’s life and he is doing very well now.. just a few months later! We will continue to bring Chester back for checkups!

I went last week and had the best experience!They are amazing there: A++++ service!After my appointment, they helped me manage my dog and newborn when getting into the car! Speaking of the car, the parking lot was recently resurfaced, and the building was so clean!I needed antibiotics for my St. Bernard, due to a cyst getting infected. As I am new to the area, I needed to find a vet from scratch. They were everything you could ask for when seeking care for one of your fur babies!I was able to get in quickly after my initial call. All of my questions were answered, and we left satisfied customers. They told me to expect a follow-up call in a few days, and they did exactly that - I know they care about my pets well being as much as I do!I felt the price was reasonable, and that was a welcomed addition to this experience!

Dr Baliff and his staff are caring people who know how to provide support for pets and their humans with compassion. I have been taking my cats and dogs to this veterinary practice for 15 years. My experience has always been positive. So I highly recommend this place.

Dr Bayliff really cares about his patients. My cat had her tear duct flushed first at a different vet, but they never followed up with me after on how she was doing. I brought her to East where her duct was flushed again, the doctor had me bring her back in 2 weeks later for a follow up visit, and is checking on her again in 2 weeks after her meds are finished. He will care about your pet's progress after to ensure that they are recovering.

Cat has an ear infection they are so booked they wouldn’t be able to see the cat for 2 weeks plus out. No thank you!
