We took a customer truck there to get the clear shield put on the fender and front bumper. We were waiting on it since we are an hour a way, they had originally said that it was going to take 3 hours but we dropped it off at 9:45 and got it back at at 4:00 our customer needed it back by 5:30ish. So needless to say when it was picked up it wasn't looked at closely. Got back to our shop and was getting ready to take it to the customer when we noticed the curvy lines on the hood and all the bubbles. Egraf-x said the bubbles would eventually go away it could take up to 30 days, a week later all the bubbles were still there. When we delivered it to the customer we apologized for the way it looked and told him we would take it and get it re-done. I sent all the photos I attached to this review to Egraf-x and still have not had a reply.

The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable about the services they provide. Casey always has a positive attitude whenever I go in, and stays up to date on all of the latest information regarding their products. TJ is a wonderful graphic designer that makes the process as easy for me as possible, no matter what design I'm looking for. Their installers are top notch and take pride in what they do. Overall, I've never had a negative experience here, and I can't recommend them enough!

The staff has done work on all of our school suburbans and now had started on some of our buses. They have done an outstanding job and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

The bad: Not amazing, I asked for 15% on my front and 5% on my back. Rolled down my windows and it was already messed up pictured below. Cut the rubber by my window. Gave me the wrong tint percentage. The back hatch area doesn’t look easy so I will give a bit of grace but just looks like they cut a lot of corners. Was shy of $300 for the wrong tint, a slice in my tint, also poor application.
The good: they were changing out the wrongly applied 35% for 15% and they’re attempting to fix the gapped areas where the application was lackluster. They did get it fixed! Also received $80 back, very kind of them.
Just won’t be back after a service like that.

Very great job at what they do! Their staff was phenomenal! I was close by many food restaurants so I was able to converse while I waited on my car. I got so many compliments and it looks great! Definitely would recommend.

Excellent customer service! They had a cancelation and got us in the next day. Love the ceramic, heat resistant tint, so it keeps it off the babies in the back and us in front. If you've not tried ceramic tint, you're missing out. It reflects the heat from the sun coming in amazingly!

They are too busy and short staffed I was told ti get a quote done and took few days ti get back to me after calling them once a day. Even then it was rough estimate not even close to accurate. Their work seems promising but I hate the run around
