Jerome was very helpful and amazing. He made sure we were not overwhelmed and didn't put any pressure on us to buy and made sure we know as much as he know about the vehicle we bought. He made us feel like we were old friends. Will definitely buy another car when the time come from Don hattan and hope Jerome is still on the team.

Bought a vehicle here 2 months ago. So far so good. the sales man was nice, not pushy, gave us a full tank of gas and an extra key fob. Thank you John Collins. He gave us space and time to discuss when we needed it and did not pressure us into the purchase.
Will update if I have issues in the future.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Don Hattan, and both times we had excellent help! We never felt pressured, but they were still able to get us in the vehicle we wanted and answered all our questions! Patrick and Sam were great to work with, even when we wanted to look at one of the cars at a different lot! They made it happen without any hassle (even with our 2 toddlers)!
