My review is not for this store it is for the store on 47th st s i was just in there i know they just remodeled so i understand that my problem is with 2 things one the clearance row they have all this stuff on the shelves but not one item has a orange sticker so you have no idea what is clearance and what is not there reasoning is well if we can't find a place for it we just put it over there well that is laziness and put the orange stickers on the stuff that is clearance along with the clearance price so we as shoppers will no so instead of standing around doing nothing have somebody clean it up. My other problem is the employee had shorts on that are so short on that i felt was not appropriate if you want to wear shorts to work that is fine just something not so short.

I've been trying for 5 month to get $500 back for a gift card that I tried to purchase. Clerk said it didn't go thru and wouldn't be charged. I've contacted the police and started an investigation with Attorney General. Don't go there! Thieves and Liars!

Online, it says that the store closes at 10 PM I get there at 930 and the door is already locked. So I wasted the gas to go there and gas prices aren't cheap. Its just a little frustrating.

The manager named Steven at the 31st and Seneca store is very rude. He does not seem to like his job or the customers at all. I will be going to the family dollar from now on.

My review is not just for this store. It's for all the other stores that are listed as being open until 10pm and when I drive across town I find out they closed at 9pm. I don't know about other people that this has hap4pened to but I can't afford the gas. So will y'all plz take a moment and update your hours... Ty

Fyi, for some reason I can't get google to get off of my husband's map account for these reviews and such, so I rarely leave any, but this situation made me irritated as hell. So I apologize, but this is the wife(not that it matters cuz I'm so sure these r even seen by anyone of importance to make any changes)....anyways...Says open till 10...I get there at 9:40pm. As I pull up some guys walks into the store. Ok cool, I'll go in. Go up to the doors and the dang things are locked. Saw a note that says to use other door, so I did just in case, but nope, it too was locked. And the cashier was standing g right there helping the guy that had just came in and totally ignored me. Couldn't even tell me that they closed at 9 or something. Totally not cool. Wish I could have seen what her name was cuz she definitely needs a good training on customer service and store closings.Update: as I was writing this review in front of store another person went in. I didnt see them until I was backing out to leave and saw another person at the register....wth???
