The store employee manager, was dressed in some really gross all black clothes, ignored me the entire time I looked clueless looking for water but was too busy on the phone with his sister.After hearing the dispute, how it completely was the "managers" fault, the other employee backed him up as he talked about me whilst I tried to continued to shop as I got a 2nd order. However, even after telling the manager I'm autistic he decided to act like he was going to strike me and got in my face repeatedly. ?Not management material. ?After having to disappoint my customers and telling them they weren't going to get their orders, the "manager"and his so called employee threatened me as they followed me out. Apparently they are unaware I've got to call support to cancel and record events when I've been threatened.

Came in the store to have a look . Very well stocked and full of items to look at. Customer service was very productive and the production of products are inviting to look at.

Always understaffed. Their own Managers doesn’t even come to work on Time to be open at 8. Always out of stock of items and it’s months before they re stock. Lines are ridiculous. They care nothing about theft going on but will get snappy with any customer who’s makes any complaint

I just left the Dollar General at 4520 E 13th Street in Wichita and I must say it is the most clean and well-organized Dollar General I’ve ever seen.

Very unprofessional. The manager charged me for regular price on items that were on sale. she didn’t apply all my coupons I had also charged me extra money for no reason. The cashiers African American is very nice and sweet but the manager is rude and dishonest.

I frequent this store often because i live across the street and never had a problem with this store until recently. Absolutely love the staff but the constant changing of hours of operation is a bit ludicrous. Is 8 am to 9 or 11 am to 8 is it 10 to 7 or what?

We live a couple blocks from here. It is our go to store to pick up snacks, pop or a random ingredient we forgot at the grocery store. Most of the staff is friendly. My favorites are the short tan lady who always goes out of her way to smile and talk and the tall African American lady who is also always smiling and has a very bright demeanor. What I very much do not like about this store is the, I guess, manager lady. Not once, but several times, with at least 7 "now hiring signs" around the store has told people that they are fully staffed and no longer hiring.

I thought when you bought merchandise the employee put items in bag for customers today I asked employee to put my items in a bag she told me you can put them in a bag if you like .excuse me what the hell ? I had to bag my own items then she just walked away (how rude )that store has rude employees .just a heads upI hope I don't have to bag my own merchandise everytime
