We have used Docuplex for over 3 years. We have used them for letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and mailing services. We sent them our logo and they did a great job designing our letterhead to fit in perfectly with our branding. Their products and service are always excellent. I highly recommend Docuplex.

All i wanted was two forms. I provided all the artwork which was really nothing more than text with the exception of the logo. All they had to do was make 250 copies. It took them 1.5 weeks and they made 300 copies. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. i got the proposal twice but had to ask repeatedly for the proof.

We held an international RFP to find a new printer for our national retail company that could manage printing for our corporate marketing materials as well as our franchise needs. Docuplex's central location in Wichita, KS was extremely appealing and their proposal spoke most to our needs as a company.Fast forward 3 years and I can affirm it was a great decision - we have found more than a printer, we have found a partner. Docuplex is able to handle all our print jobs at very competitive prices with stunning customer service that gives us all peace of mind to know it is being done right. They developed an online print portal for our stores to be able to order inventory of in-store POS such as price cards, mailers, name badges, shirts, and more. They print and distribute mailers for us, print and ship our monthly catalogs, handle all our vinyl, and are always developing new technologies that allow us to do more at less cost. The quality of their print is second to none, the colors are spot on, they are always on time, and they have never missed a bleed or cut. Their press checks are detail oriented to ensure you get exactly what you want, their billing is accurate, and their entire staff is just delightful to work with.The #1 thing I love about Docuplex is I feel we get personalized small business customer service with large business capabilities and results.
