DMV charges you when you don't receive your ID in the mail. Horrible to the American people on disability. How could you charge the people for ID never received. There has to be another system for this. On top of it there is a personal ID out there never received. Lost ID floating in the air and again I had to pay for ID twice, hopefully I received the 2nd ID if not DMV will charge you.

Horrible experience! Now I see why we have a shortage of bus drivers. I work for a school district and myself and another driver went to do our driving test, The first guy that evaluated us looked 18 and didn’t pay any attention and failed us on the pre-trip. No feedback, just said study module 4. The second time a lady that you could barely understand, again failed us on the pre-trip. Her feedback was that we needed to memorize chapter 11 word for word, and her directions were completely different than the class and other trainings that we had spent over 80 hours preparing for. Also overheard two evaluators laughing about failing a driver earlier and he started crying. We complained to the Kansas State Department of Education’s transportation division. They said they get more complaints about this place than they can count, but they don’t work for them. Also, said calling the management there is worthless, because they lie. Recommended going to the state legislature because this place needs to be held accountable. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs.

Important fact. If you paid in them to get a driver's license renewed and they don't send it. You have to pay them again, and again, and again until they actually send it.
