Superb professionalism by all staff I interacted with; exceptional efficiency of work, tires were in stock, and I was in and out the door in approximately 30 minutes. Which is amazing for 4 full tire truck tires!

Fantastic and 5+ stars! The staff (Caleb, Tyler, and Matthew) was incredible. Very kind, courteous, professional, and efficient. I'm not from Wichita and had a long drive home. I showed up right at closing time. Caleb hopped on right on without hesitation. Caleb and Matthew had my tire off, patched, rebalanced, and put back on in maybe 20 minutes. These guys are top notch incredible. I'm extremely grateful, because he could have told me no. Great job guys!!!

I am from Texas and I am working in Kansas on a turnaround. I had a flat and took my car here to have it fixed. Before I got out of the car I placed my lock nut in my cup holder which is by my front seat. The technician took my keys and drove my car into the bay. I was informed that since I had driven my car on the flat I would need a new tire. I didn’t have a problem and purchased the new tire.
After the service I drove to work which was in El Dorado since I was already late. Once I arrived to work it dawned on me that my locknut was not in my cupholder. I looked around the inside of my car and decided to give them a call. Someone answered the phone and I told him that I couldn’t find my locknut. He placed me on hold for quite a while then returned to tell me to look in my trunk it should be there. In my dismay I stated to the gentleman that where I’m from, Houston, they hand you your keys along with your locknut in your hand. Once again I was pressed for time and was already 3 hours late for work. The gentleman went on to tell me that if it’s not there just go to the dealership and buy another one. At this point I was flabbergasted. I told him that I work 12 hours a day, 13 days straight and that I don’t have time to go to the dealership to get a new lock. After explaining this twice to him he just nonchalantly said well that’s your option.
Once I got back to my hotel that night I proceeded to look in my trunk(pics included). Once again I’m a plant worker and I keep coats, rain gear, hard hats etc. in my trunk due to changes in weather. Well I opened my trunk and saw that they placed my spare tire on top of my work gear. And apparently as stated before by the worker to look in my trunk for my lock nut. I placed my tire in the compartment where it belonged and proceeded to search for my locknut and I did not find it. I closed my trunk and walked to look at my tire and guess what was there? My locknut. I had traveled well over 60-70 miles that day.
I am very displeased with the customer service that I received there on 10/5. The callousness of the employee to tell me to just go to the dealership and get another locknut was not only insensitive but lacked concern. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Obviously there needs to be a system of checks and balances before a vehicle is returned to the owner. Definitely an epic fail.

My daughter purchased a wheel and during the removal process the tech broke a wheel stud. Instead of instructing her that it needs to be fixed, she was told the car is safe and not to worry about it.
I didn't believe a national, reputable (with great ratings), would tell a somebody it is safe to drive a vehicle with 4 out 5 wheel fasteners.
So I called, asked to speak with the manager and was told "he was busy". So I spoke with Kelen M. To my surprise, he told me that it is perfectly safe and they do it all time. Even stated Discount Tire will pay for any damages if the wheel fall off an hurts somebody. I asked to have the manager give me a call.
Ethan, who is not the manager, called me back and said driving on 4 out 5 fasteners is only safe to drive until it is repaired.
My concern is the mis-information my daughter received and their lack of safety concerns. Also note, the invoice does not have any notes regarding the broken stud or it needs to be repaired.

Five stars all around. Everyone is nice, timely, and efficient. Wait times are super reasonable and typically faster than what you are told the estimate is. Staff is knowledgeable about what they recommend the best course of action to be. I have had great experiences at both of the discount tire shops I have been to.
The only recommendation I can make this store is that it would be nice to have the option of outdoor seating available now that the weather is getting nicer. The other shop I’ve been to had indoor and outdoor chairs and that made the wait more enjoyable.

Trip 1) I arrived at my scheduled appointment. They pulled my car into a bay then told me 2 tires had not been delivered yet but expected that day. Discount should have called me to reschedule.
Trip 2) Discount called, tires arrived. Pulled my car into a bay only to discover there are security lug nuts. They can’t remove them w/o possibly breaking lugs & “I’d have to take it to a different shop for repair”. I’ve had this car 1 week (shipped from Texas) so I’m unfamiliar with the car. They send me off to find a 5 spline lug socket.
Trip 3) Found the socket at the 2nd auto parts store & went back to Discount. They mounted & balanced and I took it on the highway.
Trip 4) Drove straight back to Discount. The tires were not properly balanced. I’d been there, off & on for 7 hours and scheduled another appointment for the next morning to re-balance.
Trip 5) Got my car 2 hours after scheduled appt. Tech tells me he could not get his machine to balance 1 tire but finally got it. So the day before he sent me off with unbalanced tires. Unacceptable!
Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend Discount Tire to friends or family. Caleb & Ethan were apologetic & professional but rather sheepish due to this fiasco. I would suggest they invest in security lug sockets ($11.99) & notice them on the 1st trip to their store.

I had a crack in 1 of my wheels; to repair it was more than a new aftermarket wheel here. Ethan provided awesome customer service; professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. All other employees appeared to have similar qualities.
I bought 4 new wheels (with new lugnuts) installed on my 2013 CC for a little more than 1 OEM wheel installed at the VW dealership.
Bonus 1: they give a military discount. Bonus 2: they look way cooler!
The waiting area is comfortable.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I was concerned they would be too busy to fix my low tire with a nail in it, but they got me right in and fixed it. As always, no charge for flat repairs. Heroes! I've been a loyal customer for 25 years since I lived in Arizona. Great product, price and service.
