Last Friday night was not okay when I picked up for my mother’s shopping stuff from online shopping, I couldn’t get it through on phone for pickup because I’m deaf hearing and I waved at Dillon’s staff member and came to me and told him I pickup for my mother’s shopping stuff, my mother was not very happy about it and she will never do it again online, but my mother likes getting her groceries from inside the store because online shopping is not okay for her, I always get to something and what I need to do inside of the store

I had a great experience at this Dillons because of outstanding customer service from one of the managers. His name was Cameron. This guy genuinely had true customer service. Would recommend this Dillons to anyone.

The lady working Self Checkout was extremely helpful. Her name was Calli I believe and she walked me through how to load money on my Cashapp(unlike Walmart) she was kind and very gentle with me though I was slightly frustrated.

Almost every time I shop there I have an issue with prices matching what is posted in the circular. I have to go through customer service to get the issue corrected. I can deal with a mistake once in a while but it happens about 90% of the time. Very frustrating.

I called the bakery last minute frantically searching for a Fortnite cake for my son’s birthday the next day! She informed me on the phone that they don’t have a Fortnite option and that they wouldn’t be able to help me and this poor lady sat and listened to my mental breakdown for a minute and then said you know what, I got you. And she DID! She nailed it! It is SO cute! Party SAVER! Thank you so much to the bakery staff, give those women a raise! 10/10 and will absolutely be using them (with more notice and planning) for all future parties.

One manned lane open at 11am. 6 people waiting in that line. Both self checkouts full. Decided to use the self checkout since we didn't have many items. Bad choice.
5 of the sale items did not ring up properly. Some of them double the sales price.
Ended up taking at least ten minutes to check out and have the problem corrected.
Out of the 6 self checkout lanes being used 5 were waiting for an associate to help with an issue. Only one associate in the area to help and she was clearly overwhelmed.
So very glad we are virtually forced to use these things due to management decisions (insert sarcasm here).
Plenty of employees standing around seemingly doing nothing. Would be a shame to open another lane or two.

I went to purchase a cake and the manager Kelly , was HORRIBLE!!! The worst attitude ever , huffing and puffing every question I ask. It was ridiculous. It was for my kids birthday and I am highly disappointed. The other girls were sweet , but I just couldn’t purchase a cake there with her having that attitude. Even when I first was browsing at the cakes she was treating the bakery staff horrible and talking to them like dogs. I couldn’t believe that Dillon’s higher management hasn’t heard how she treats customers and staff ?? I am appalled!!

I love going to the Chinese Kitchen at the Dillon's at 21st N & Maize Rd. The gentleman who usually helps me is very kind and helpful. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the portions are fair for the price. I elected to use the self checkout, and a worker was available when I needed assistance.
