One of their employees told me I didn't need to be sarcastic, and to not come in to this store with an attitude when I jokingly commented about how many times she has to help people use the self checkout kiosks. I'm not even sure what pronoun this person would use, or I would be more descriptive.

One of the employees overheard a conversation that she wasn't a part of and was offended. Asked me to leave the store. To be fair, she looked like maybe 20, and she was fat.

Based on my experiences here, this store is pretty decent overall. Some mornings, you're able to find clearance/discounted items throughout the store based on expiration date, etc. Customer service has been average. Store is generally organized and well stocked. No issues have arisen. Would recommend and return.

WHY , is it you steal from your customers ? Weekly ad prices never ring up wright ! 1 time 3 , 6 , NO EVERY TIME ! WAS GREAT BEFORE KROGER , EVEN THE MANAGER IS JUST RUDE & DISMISSIVE ! YOUR DECEIT IS NOT WELCOME. AND I DO NOT LIKE IT WHEN YOUR COSTUMER SERVICE MEMBER ( BLACK CURLY HAIRED ) YOUNG MAN LOCKS THE DOOR ON ME , RIGHT BEFORE I GET TO IT . 8 FEET AWAY IS IN MY FACE ! NOT LIKE HE DID NOT SEE ME , HOBLEING MY WAY TO THE DOOR . DO NOT HIDE THE TAGS ON THE GOING OUT OF DATE DAIRY ITEMS , COTTAGE CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, DIPS . NOT EXCUSES, THEY COME FROM RIGHT HERE IN TOWN . YOU MOVE THE SHEIVELS TO MAKE THE STORE LOOK FULL . MUST BE SOMETHING ABOUT THAT PART OF TOWN . OR IS IT ?

Insulated senior on ability to use their shopping ad, and clipping the coupons. Just put you sale items on sale. You don't need to clip an ad. Also wipe down the conveyer belt at the checkout. Who knows what the liquid is you are running my groceries through, disgusting.

Move to the area two years ago and I've been using this pharmacy exclusively without any issue. Yesterday a new medication showed up on my prescription list and I specifically asked the pharmacist not to refill that medication until I spoke with my doctor to see why it was on my list and why my doctor felt I should be taking.
Refilled, my other three prescriptions picked them up from the pharmacy and was surprised the next morning when I opened the bag to find all four prescriptions filled inside.
I'm somewhat destitute at this time and my prescription seemed a little more expensive than they should be, but they are medications that I need so I paid the bill anyway. Finding an extra medication that I specifically ask not to be refilled in the bag for $15 was a bit frustrating for me as $15 is quite a bit of money for me at this time. It's an entire hour worth of physical labor for me for a bottle of medication that I specifically requested not be concluded in my order.
Calling the pharmacy today. Crystal was very accommodating and did their best to connect me with the right people to seek a refund on the medication that I ask not to be filled and management decided that because they can't take the medication back and because this is an issue with my doctor that I should ask my doctor for the $15.
I'm going to have fun not eating until my next paycheck and I'm also going to have fun not going back to this pharmacy at all ever.

Visited yesterday and bought 3 12 pk of soda. After a paid and received my receipt, the clerk said they will place a sticker on my soda so "they" (loss prevention or management I assume) won't think you are trying to run out the store with it. I thought that itself was very rude, but I didn't think much of it, laughed it off and left. Once I got home I saw the news and saw all the looting of random stores and then it made sense as to why the clerk made the comment. It wasn't a pleasant experience for me at all and I don't think I will be returning to that store anytime soon. Their justice system is guilty by association I guess, I'll leave the rest to your imagination on what they were insinuating. I get it, people steal, people stole, but wait until you find "intent" not profiling your customers, even after they purchased their product. Any human being has the potential to commit a crime, (save the impaired) wait until it happens, to convict, not try to guess who's going to do it. Clearly the store was profiling customers, need I say more. " Everyone for themselves God for us all"

The produce at this store used to be great. Lately, everything I buy lacks, a lot. Cuties have no flavor, I had to throw away the last melon I bought here, couldn't eat it. Will have to see if it improves in the spring

First of all I and friends and family shop at Dillons for Groceries and Medications and spend tens of thousands of dollars, My complaint is that at the Pharmacy this idiot Tech named Michael who walks over to the register and looking in the opposite direction in disgust mumbles out a message that my caregiver had left for me to get labs before new refill and I just said hmmm I had labs last Thursday and in almost a yell responded “I’m just telling you what it says here” well that was it I told him I will be turning him in and he says oh yeah who you going to turn me in to and I said KROGER and walked off without my prescriptions. Don’t you have area managers? they gotta know about this guy, people are already stressed out about they’re medical conditions and prescription prices I don’t need that from him. I will be posting in Nextdoor a Neighborhood group to just see how many of my neighbors from that Wichita area has had to deal with this guy.
