Aside from the pharmacist being snarky and condescending the pharmacy techs have absolutely no manners or empathy whatsoever. Laughing at someone because there is an issue with their script and they cannot get it filled is disgusting. Modern medicine is complete trash

I wish a 0 star review was possible because they sure deserve it! My wife went to fill a prescription of antibiotics after spending part of her mother's day in the ER. Because of the cyber attack her script was hand written and they forgot to put her name on it. The main pharmacist treated her like she was a drug addict trying to get her fix and the other employers proceeded to mock and laugh behind the glass. My wife even asked for the scripts back so she could go get them filled out correctly and was told she couldn't have them back. Very disappointed and will not be returning!

Dillons used to be a great store but that is a thing of the past. Their prices are ridiculous for the quality...would give anything to have a nice neighborhood store to go to. No more for me I will find anywhere else even if I have to drive out of town and have 2 Dillons within. 2 miles of home. Just went to 135th and Maple for a quick dinner after a busy day...spent almost 15.00 for chicken that had the consistency of jerky and nevermind the ice cold sides that were overpriced as well...maybe if I take the breading off my dogs can have it..if they eat it

Ordered some flowers for Valentines Day. Trusted them to ensure at least on this day they would have some quality assurance. Total dissatisfaction with the wilted and moldy arrangement my wife received. I will never forget the embarrassment I went through when I arrived home to see the epic fail I had initiated. Never again. Go to the Flower Factory at Maple and Ridge. 300 % better!

My husband went in today to pick up his medication. Pharmacists need to watch their tone when responding to customers about what their medications are. No one should ever be mocked that their medication is an antidepressant. That is a very quick way to send a first time patient with a need for an antidepressant out the door and not treat their condition. That is a shameful way to treat anyone who is actively working on correcting something their brain chemistry is doing to them. Talk to people correctly. You may be educated in the chemical composition of medication but your treatment of human beings and discretion of client information does not need to be broadcast to the entire pharmacy.

Terrible store from management on down. The shelves are always empty with things as simple as milk, cheese, and other staples. Pat, I think is a new manager. He was aloof and not nice when I asked about a sale item. I will never shop at this dillon's again.

Will receive text messages that our prescriptions are ready, but they never are. Was told today our prescriptions would be ready to pick up by 3. Showed up at 245 and they said it's not ready and to come back tomorrow.
