Tuan is a rude, lazy, arrogant, unprofessional, ignorant man who should not be a pharmacist. I am reporting him to the licensing board for his unethical behavior today. I have a prescription that requires two different doses. I've filled one dose but now I'm having trouble filling another. The reason it's taken over two weeks to get the other filled is Tuan is lazy and most of the staff at this location are unwilling to help to the point of lying constantly to customers. "There's no pharmacist until 1:30" - illegal and when I pointed that out it's "oh there is a pharmacist but he's busy until then..." I called at like 9. He constantly makes customers call when the head pharmacist (Nick) is there. I'm guessing if it were legal to have no pharmacist in the morning they would have only Nick because well that's already how it is. I asked Tuan on multiple occasions to call my doctor and explain what they want because they keep refusing to fill the script despite multiple attempts to send it in. Tuan won't call the doctor because he "can't take my word for it." Wut? He clearly ran out of excuses to be lazy. The whole point of calling the doctor is so you don't have to take my word for it.. you absolute loon. Grow up. Do your job. Get an attitude adjustment. Maybe steal some of those antidepressants or something idk. Do what you need to do to stop making your problem into my problem. The people listening in to this conversation (because I've been constantly trying to get it fixed, I had an audience this time) were completely gobsmacked at his behavior. It would be impressive the length he goes to avoid work if it weren't such an issue. I'm done with dillons after this. I could go to central because they seem to have it together but I'm going to switch places on principal. The only problem with this little "genius" plan not to work is I know how to report a lazy poo-poo pharmacist. Your license has similar rules to nurses. I will be sending all the details about this big man baby behavior to his licensing board. We'll see what they think of their games.

I have been waiting for 90 min to pick up my $50 Clicklist order. I have used up 90 min of gas sitting here waiting. When I call in they tell me it's on the way out. They also reported that they had 3 people call in. I understand that things happen. But be honest. Call and say it isn't ready. Be solutions minded. This one order has cost me $$$ but more importantly, valuable time. I do Clicklist to save time. Now, I have lost 90 min of orecious time I cannot get back. I would really appreciate a gift card or something for the inconvenience. I have been a weekly Clicklist customer for 6 years.

Absolutely disappointed & much more! We have a corporate retreat with a mission at-risk youth mentoring programs in nature. To save gas dollars as we are not funded outside of ranch. SEVERAL of us seniors meet regularly & the exact same issue with us all STOP CHANGING our ability to do your surveys w/o having us help you advertise for hearing tests & many more. What the heck was wrong with the way it was.

So, beware this may be lengthy be I am sharing anyway. I am homebound, relying on the delivery service toget my groceries. I LOVE my Dillons stores, but I willmo longer recommend shopping for pick up or delivery with Dillons or any Kroger store. Dr Pepper is on sale, 4 for $15. Only requirement is 4-12 packs in the same transaction. They had 2-1 lb pkgs of butter on sale, $6.xx. Cherries were $2.99 per pound with card. All of this is important. I add the items to my cart. My card is attached to the login. They add in at full price. I pay full price. If I call, I will get the credit back, but not to my card. It becomes a store credit. I have yet to see any store credit taken off my order. It might be only $3 or $4, but to some that's food one day. I LOVE my store, online and app.shopping? No. I don't like thieves.

(Translated by Google) It should be more like a Publix, it lacks a little bit of everything…very dark too…(Original)Debería parecerse más a un Publix le falta un poquito de todo…muy oscuro también…

They get it. The staff treat you correctly, and get your scrips right. They care about you as a person. It is not just a job to them. I have had to return medicines to pharmacies before because either it was the wrong pills or the wrong scrip all together. This is not the closet pharmacy to our home but we are willing to drive to a great place. We wish it was a drive up but the walking is good for us! They do a great job!

I waited 45 minutes for a prescription. At first they said it would be 20 minutes, then 5 more, then they couldn’t find the prescription, then it would be 5 more minutes. So why tell me it would be a certain time if they couldn’t find the prescription? These people don’t know what’s going on and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I was waiting at the service area to buy bus passes at my local Dillons store, and had been for several minutes, when a woman with a child came up by my elbow, and started playing with the child. She was acting as though she was going to go ahead of me so I watched her. Sure enough when the person ahead of me left she immediately jumped to the window. I asked her if she was in a hurry and in a Hispanic dialect said to the surprised cashier that she had been waiting for 20 minutes. That was a lie. Is this a sign of the times that Hispanics are now being allowed to do as they usually do-i.e. not stand in line and wait their turn?

Went to the deli at 6 pm. The server wanted to charge regular price for a chicken meal when it only had one side left. No substitutions. Poor personal service. So unlike Dillons other services.

This pharmacy is doing their best while being overwhelmed by multitudes of people. They are courteous and patient while managing well many things at once. They are necessary healthcare workers as well, and do not deserve the disrespect that other ratings give them.

Rude employees! Especially late night! Self checkout computer voice is extremely rude. Never been to a store with more handicap parking than people in the store. No more recycle bin, they even charge for cash back.

Terrible customer service - do not help solve problems in a professional or friendly manner. They do not communicate clearly or work well with physicians. I highly recommend going to any other Dillons pharmacy - just not this one!
