Tried to temporarily transfer my prescription from Costco due to supply issues and was treated like I was stupid and wasn't listened to when I repeatedly tried to explain my situation. Reading the other reviews makes it apparent that I'm far from an isolated incident here as well.

the woman at the pharmacy counter was incredibly rude and complained when i showed her a coupon for my prescription. she stated $24 wasn’t very much money. clearly she makes millions at that pharmacy and should’ve considered buying it for me since it was already so cheap. she continued to give me additional sass the entire time. incredibly disappointing.

It’s good practice to pick up prescribed meds before running out; 7 days for non controlled and by law for controlled medication AT LEAST one day if not two before running out, which has been my routine for years even prior to Dillon’s. I’ve been consistently picking up my medication here for over two years in this manner and if the family goes out of state for a period of time during which my refill is needed MAYBE three or four days before next refill (which has happened only once in the last 2.5 years) my doctor calls and lets them know it’s okay to fill and validates my statement of leaving for a period of time. NEVER had an issue until this week! The pharmacist I spoke with was incredibly rude, telling me “we cannot honor your doctors note saying okay to fill early every time”. First of all at this point I guess she hadn’t spoke with my dr- which made no sense because the pharmacist is supposed to to be the one who calls the insurance or doctor when filling prescriptions but this hadn’t happen. I informed her of never having an issue picking up my medication a day or two early. Secondly I didn’t know my doctor had apparently just left the comment of ok to fill early on my prescription, just the last four months. BUT, outside of that aspect I still was NOT getting my meds filled and picked up any more than one or two days before my scheduled monthly refill. So they weren’t “honoring” it every time in the rude manner she made it out to be and when I asked her what she meant she proceeded to tell me that I always pick my meds up one or two days in advance …… so why tell the patient that a note the DOCTOR WROTE couldn’t be honored?! This is information that should be relayed to the doctor to have that aspect removed. When I proceeded to inform her I am leaving town and will be away well past refill exp she proceeded to tell me “we only do 2 day early refills” and would need my doctor to call and confirm if I wanted to pick up that day. (THAT IS CONTRADICTORY TO EVERYTHING!) After two hours my doctor was able to call and speak with the lady and which at this time the lady made the same stupid comment about picking up my controlled substance early regardless of having planned to leave town for a period of time! So she lied to me because I wasn’t able to pick up and had to completely cancel my plans because I wasn’t going to chance being in another town I’ve never had meds filled in, even with a doctor note- because clearly that aspect is null and void anyway depending on the rude and clearly judgmental pharmacist working! This is routine monthly MTM practiced in a consistent way over a long period of time and having dealt with this woman sent my anxiety through the rough the last two and a half days and just added to my already depressive state with a side of rage. The WORST interaction and “customer care “ ever! For someone who spent years in college in the medical field there was zero assistance in or genuine help that’s expected from a health care provider.

The Mexican Style Layered Bean Dip lacks refried beans you'll be with tomatoes, olives, onions, cheese and cilantro which tastes like dish soap

dillons is terrible to their workers if you are trying to work here they will let the customers disrespect the workers, steal and not do a single thing about it until something happens better off working at McDonald's at least you'll get paid more.

I'm getting seriously fed up with the pharmacy drive thru clerks at Rock & Central not waiting on cars in order! It happens EVERY TIME I go there.

I've been ordering from Dillons.com (online only), and it's been the BEST experience of any major online brand. Dillon's warehouse people do an exceptional job ensuring the items they ship are well protected, don't leak everywhere, and don't break and make a mess. In contrast, if you read my recent review about Target.com, they are a hot mess and have been for years with zero improvements. I'm so glad I gave Dillons a shot because out here in California, all major online brands like Amazon, Target, and Walmart refuse to get their acts together. Give Dillons.com a try, and you'll probably be surprised at how much better they are than the brands most of us Westcoasters are familiar with.

I had been going here for years. I got married and changed my name and suddenly everything is a problem. My doc called in a script and my husband tried to pick it up 2 days in a The same week, having them check both last names. I went twice the next week. They said no Dillons has the script, even though it was already charged to insurance (we could see on insurance app). Turns out they DID have it, they just put it back on the shelf because \\\"no one came to pick it up\\\"(???) The last straw was them giving my prescription to someone else. my husband tried to pick up a different one for me. Same thing happened, so I went again and they said my script had been picked up. neither one of us ever did. so who has my medicine?! My insurance won't fill it again because it is too soon. Never going back here.
