DHL Express tracking shows that my package has been at DHL in Wichita (only 3 hours away from the designated delivery address) for TWO WEEKS! It has still not been delivered and I cannot seem to get a live person from DHL on the phone!!! Frustrating! At this point if I could confirm it was there I would drive to pick it up!!! ??

Dhl chain supply on hover this place is not safe place again they have superior was working here before Chad and Tom they don’t like black peoples they smoke crack more than half people work there is on drug this is drug iinvroment big fight between black and white and was on news at kake tv this place was not safe place to work they hire them again same superior they do the same thing is going to happen again black they mad last time the owner came like undercover boss but this is millionaire business but the destroyed again make not safe place work in Wichita

Scott and Peter went well beyond great customer service. READ BELOW.I sent a bag from Wichita to a friend in Canada that had two many batteries in it. DHL Wichita called me, told me, helped me avoid fines, opened my bag and told me what they would take out if it were them, waited for me to call my friend and confirm, did it, repacked the bag, and then kept my items at their desk for me to pick them up the following week. This is customer service from a small town in 1984, and they did it in 2024.Someone give me this guys a cake, brownie, hug, a day off to go fishing, and a new pickup truck. Employees of the year.I'm blown away.

I have received different information from 3 agents that I've spoken with. One being the manager. I've actually spoken with 5 agents now. I was guaranteed delivery by end of day yesterday. One agent told me by 11:59pm. The other by 10:30pm. Then another by 8pm. I didn't get any delivery. It was supposed to be delivered by 3pm. 4 hours later I reached out. People have to work and go to appointments. So when we take time away to be there so we can sign for a delivery - the delivery should be on time. I was even told that the tracking isn't accurate even when the courier is a few stops away. The courier was an hour away since when it was supposed to be delivered and didn't move. If anything, I would be very concerned if the driver was alright. In any case, since I had things to do I reluctantly decided to forgo signature release, which had me very much on edge as it's an important delivery. That is why I was so concerned with the misinformation I was receiving and was hoping for accurate information so I could still be here when the package was delivered. What made the situation worse was the customer service I received. Constantly they will type this as soon as you ask something because they want to be done with you and move on without even giving you all or the correct information. "At the moment do you have question or something else I can help you before I let you go?" I had submitted a complaint I get that response. It's like yes will someone reach me? Do I need to follow up? Then they answer you can reach out to service center. Then you get that before I let you go response. I ask well what's the number and what are the hours. The agent couldn't even give the right hours to the service center. And then told me I would receive a call from a manager in 90 minutes when it's well past their hours. How does that makes sense? All the while after each statement repeating before I let you go. Then today the agent even became petty enough to make me type out my phone number without dashes. Refused to submit a complaint. Refused me to speak with a manager. Didn't send me a transcript of our chat. And didn't allow the option for a survey. Her name is Sophia. I reached out today because one I didn't get my delivery as promised. Two, when I looked the delivery date was GONE. Three, the driver was still in the same spot. Seriously avoid this company, I don't know what they're doing, but they need to get their act together and especially revamp their customer service. It's very much lacking.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. My package is supposed to be delivered by 12th Jan 2024, but delivery agent just called and updated no response from consignee from then till 17th Jan 2024 there is no delivery.if I reach out to customer service they are saying heavy deliveries if that is the case they shouldn't promise me that it will deliver by tomorrow otherwise I would have go and pick by myself. No manager is connecting despite requesting for escalation. Worst service

The cashier in the front was an angel! She was so so helpful and went above and beyond! Please give her a raise! It was my first time shipping international and she made the experience so easy! Thank you for your kindness and giving me the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a shipping center.

Terrible service! Package was due to be delivered Dec 5 or 6th but it is now December 12th and tracking simply says "on hold" in Wichita, Ks. However yesterday, I received an email that said package is out for delivery, would you like to skip signing for it. I responded that i was ok skipping the signature. Package was never delivered. Today I called and they told me that since I had "requested" a deliver change (the no signature) that it had been taken off the truck yesterday and would be put back on today to be delivered. I made to sure to let them know that I had NOT requested it but it was offered, per their company, and the practice should not be offered if it actually delays delivery! Despite being told it will be delivered today, the tracking number is still showing as "On HOLD". I will NEVER use DHL and I will be intentional about looking for manufacturers/ companies that use other shipping methods!

Completely ridiculous service. Had package that was supposed to be delivered on monday, so I took the day off to wait since a signature was required. It never arrived, and there were no updates to tracking status. The next day, I contacted the customer service chat to try and determine if would be delivered soon and why no attempt was made the previous day. I was told that they requested more info and to make contact again in about an hour. This was around 8 am, and there ended being a situation at work that I had to go deal with. I had barely arrived when I got a text saying that they were unable to make delivery since no one was available to sign for it. I immediately contacted customer service and asked if there was any way to get them to reattempt delivery since I was only 10 minutes away, just to be told that it was not possible. The tag that was left said that they would reattempt delivery on Wednesday, so I called in a favor and took another day off. I did not leave the house at anytime but like on Monday, no attempt was made to deliver. It wasnt until late on Wednesday, that the tracking status was updated to "Shipment is on hold". Again contacted customer "service", and this time was told that it is not scheduled for Friday. So now my choices are to take another day off, making it a total of 24 hours of vacation time that I'm wasting, or try to get a signature release and hope and pray that the local porch pirates don't drive by and steal it. It's been here since Monday. I could have flown myself down to Brazil and picked it up personally and made it back in a shorter amount of time that it's taking this company to move it all of 15 miles.

Never use this place. Just pay whatever you have to pay. They are always late and lie about delivery dates.You can call the helpline, and the computer program will hang up on you when you enter the tracking number. You can speak to a online associate and they will tell you it will be delivered thay day, and then it just won't be.They do not work weekends and also no one answers the phone on weekends. Overall a terrible experience with my packages from overseas.Again. I would never reccomend this company to anyone, ever

Very very very bad service I have been trying to get my package delivered for a month and now it turns out that I have to go get my package at the offices I practically have to travel around 5 hours while they are dedicated to deliveries and cannot deliver it ?

I will NOT purchase from another place that uses DHL for delivery. I have been told for three days that my package would be delivered by 9m. I even received text messages at 7 pm two of those days stating that it was in route. When I called and spoke to representative, she could only tell me that it was on the truck for delivery. When asked to speak to a supervisor she told me it was not necessary because my package was on the truck for delivery today. Which is the exact something I have been told for the last 2 days.

First time shipping international, I was a little bit nervous, but the associates were very nice and helpful. They even helped me find a cheaper option to mail my package and I saved More than $150.I definitely recommend this DHL location.Will be back for sure :)

Probably the worst customer service and delivery service I’ve ever encountered. They are now four days late and I am being told that I have to go pick my package up myself because I live in an apartment complex, and if it is delivered past when my office is closed, that they will just cancel the delivery and re-attempt the next day yet again.
