Ben came to my home for a bid on floors. He spent a solid hour explaining what I would need to know and do as a customer changing from carpet to vinyl. He gave tips on everything from painting gaps, to furniture safety, and cleaning products. He went over how he would address any concerns with the sub floor should they find problem areas. He also let me know the hours he was at the store so we could meet and go over additional products. The time and knowledge he spent just with the customer service aspect was very impressive.

Great work by great people at a great price. These folks carpeted about 1300 sq ft of my downstairs. They helped us select the right materials at their showroom, which was full of terrific choices. The whole process could not have been easier. Additionally, Ben and team are just fun to be around.

Ben and his team did a phenomenal job. They provided our tile for kitchen and bathroom remodel, as well as LVP for our entire main floor. They were super helpful with bringing my ideas to life through design choices while staying within budget. Installation went very smoothly and very timely. We’re very happy with the end product. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I’d highly recommend Designer’s Home Gallery and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
