Bought my Malibu here, despite the over 4 hours I spent there they were very accommodating. Their service department is awesome. And the receptionist she is a hoot and super friendly very customer oriented with great Customer Service skills. I LOVE DAVIS MOORE....family has all bought cars with them!!

10/13/2023.Tried them out again. They told me a ride was on the way to pick me up. I waited an hour and nobody ever showed up. It was after 5 and I was stuck at work. I had to call an uber to come pick me up. Very disappointing.

12-1-22. I was in the service department today and received A-1 service. The advisors are all very friendly and attentive to the problem at hand. Eric Chesterfield was my advisor today and took very good care of me and my car. I have no hesitation returning to Davis-More Chevrolet service In the future.

Service department did a air bag part recall replacement on my car and then refused to clear the severice air bag light on my dash so now I don't know if my air bags are in good working order or not and then we're rude to me after I asked them to clear it or tell me if I need to fix something else I mean it's just me and my family's safety in jeopardy at stake here so I guess it's no big deal to them but it is to me. Don't take your car here unless u want to be talked down to and your car not fixed properly

Pulled into the service bay, got a nice surprise, the service agent was friendly and listened, and two guys vacuumed out the front of the car before they pulled it back to take care of my issue. This was my best experience to date with their service.

I came to Davis-Moore after a horrible 3-months of repetitive fixes and new parts at another dealership. Within an hour their tech had checked my past fixes and found the root cause of the problem. Not only did they put my problems to rest, they even reached out to GM for payment assistance as an act of goodwill for MONTHS of run around at the other dealership. I am so thankful my desperate Google search lead me to Davis-Moore and Erick, Eric and Tim. We will continue to make the drive to Davis-Moore for all our future service needs.

Terrible service. Made an appointment for an oil change and after waiting for over an hour they still hadn't started my oil change. I took my keys back and left.

Took truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Took longer than it should have and then----------tire rotation was not done at all; had to wait longer for a different employee to do it; first one lit out of there because his shift was over-probably why he didn't do it in the first place. And to cap it off, they failed to reset the oil life and the service writer had to look it up on how to do that. I really should stop going here, I always feel patronized.
