I tried to shop at a place to support black owned businesses, but it is very hard to support a business that hikes up the prices by more than $10 the store is very disorganized, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There’s no set price is marked on anything people often say that they wish that we had a black on business for our hair needs, but the fact of the matter is. the one that we do have is terrible so I will continue to shop at Sam’s Beauty Supply, and HONIES

Best selection of African products, clothes, food, and home goods. The owners are kind.The store Carries a wide range of Nigerian foods as well. Definitely be going back

As I was shopping a woman approached me to ask what I was looking for. I told her I was just shopping for hair accessories, nothing specific. After a few minutes of watching me the woman told me to leave and come back when I knew exactly what I wanted.She very much acted as though she was concerned I was going to steal, simply because I was browsing the store.I gladly left her store and won’t be back. The owner proved herself to be disrespectful and prejudiced.

Need better Customer service to consumers. Upset I brought broken product back that was defective . I purchased on Saturday called no answer closed Sunday came after work. 24 hour return policy was not possible. Finally grave me refund Hesitantly then refuse me Service and purchasing other items

My first time here was 3 years ago and i still remember the experience like it was yesterday!! All the females were extremely rude and had their nose turned up at me. The man polite. Will never give them another penny of my money.
