I wasn't even able to make a single pass around the vehicle with the pressure washer before running out of time. Cost me $16 start to finish. The end of the wands are not flexible for cleaning wheel wells and hard to reach spots. Water is not heated, pressure is decent. Where hose connects to wand leaked on me the entire time. I can have a fully automated wash at charlies for the same cost and it cleans better. Had a film on my vehicle when I was done that wasn't there before, not sure if it was the presoak or the soap. Don't get me started on the car lot. ?

Used to be my favorite car wash until I drove clear across town today to have to try 3 different wash booths because coins were stuck in one, another had a ton of sand everywhere, and the one I ended up using wouldn’t allow me to use all the functions on the dial. Then I get to the vacuums and they aren’t in service?! What a giant waste of my time, and money.

Lures you in with no sign that none of their vacuums work. Hoses are cut off. So you waste your money on half a wash and leave irate and reviewing.

I haven't been here in a long time and it's gone down hill. The nozzle on my sprayer leaked and sprayed water everywhere. It was dirty and the trash was overflowing. Will find a different car wash next time

What a mess! Stopped in today to wash my car and every bay was full of mud, change machine wouldn’t work and the bay wouldn’t take my quarters. Owner obviously doesn’t care about customer service or a clean business.

What the heck happened to this place?? This USED to be one of the half decent self serve washes left in Wichita. I’m guessing the “cyclone “ owners don’t have a clue. When it was Jo’s it was well maintained, everything functioned as it should. The last 2 times I’ve attempted to wash my car here, the hoses spray more water on me than the car! Spraying in my face all over my arms. How hard is it to maintain? And good lort, $10 doesn’t get you hardly any time and it took a good 20 seconds for any pressure to build up. Spot free rinse just don’t work, zero pressure. Put some thread tape on it!! I will not be returning. I was shocked to see it completely empty the first nice day we’ve had in a while. I remember lines of cars, having to wait to get a bay. Clearly this “Cyclone” is just a money laundering spot. Because it sure as hell isn’t a car wash anymore. Please sell to someone who cares.

Coin box ate my money. No employee on site to deal with problems. Called, left message, no response. Probably got screwed out of my money. This car wash has really gone down hill.

What was once "the best out west" is now anything but. Found only one bay that accepted quarters, one bay so muddy it could not be used and 4 bays were inoperable altogether. This particular wash is in a great location and has good bones but the owners just do not seem to want to invest back into their facility. Fortunately it looks as if the old Zach's Car Wash (2.5 miles west on 21st) is being remodeled and will reopen as "Wash ICT" which cannot happen soon enough. Really need a good quality self serve wash out west that has good filtered water and is maintained... hopefully Wash ICT fills that void. Juat a sign of the times for manual car washes with such a variety of automated washes available. There will always be a need for manual washes regardless how many automatic washes there are.

Have used this car wash for years but not anymore. Bays are filthy. Wash brushes don't work much of the time. Rollers on wringer next to vacuums should have been replaced years ago. Really gone down hill in last 18 months.

$2 to start the car wash and you get 3 minutes on the clock. Every quarter gets you an additional 15 seconds.The facility is old and dated, but everything at least seemed to work for me. Definitely better options in town that give you more time for your money.
