If I could I’d give them zero stars. Either my meds aren't in stock, they’re short staffed, never know what mood the pharmacy tech is in, other pharmacy tech doesn’t know how to remove and add new insurance (so I had to leave and go back days later), received a text saying my meds are actually ready just for the tech to tell me “we can’t speak for the app but they go by how things are going up in here” getting all meds transferred tomorrow morning. Side note: I’ve been sitting in the car since 6:33pm and it’s 7:02pm, they can’t find my meds. Can’t hire more staff but the CEO of CVS HEALTH takes in $21 million a year…..

Never have anything in stock through the Medicare Program. Cashier was nasty as hell, even the employees from the other 3 Wichita Stores knew who we were referring to. HORRIBLE experience. We'll never set foot in there again. 👎

I don't understand how this pharmacy is still running. They are almost always out of medicine, take forever to fill scripts. Always backed up, short staffed. Only one lane open. And not to mention customer service is terrible. I think maybe I've dealt with one nice person there. After this weekend I decided to no longer get prescriptions through CVS pharmacy.

Worst service ever back in the pharmacy they all look lifeless and look like they hate their jobs one lady in there won't even help you she stay by the window don't even see or care about the other customers in the store that need help and the pharmacist is garbage throw the whole store away

Employee was mad when I ask her to explain to me why she scan 2 items twice. I buy 2 shampoos and she scan both of them twice. I use cuopons and extra bucks to lower my out of pocket, and after I pay I check my receipt and notice about the overcharge, she try to just make me call customer service but at the end she allow me to grab the other 2 shampoos.

I gave this CVS just one star for the one nice employee that works there. This place is out of stock almost all the time. Their truck comes every other Friday. So I recommend finding out which Friday that is then give them a couple of days to restock and you might find what your looking for. Or save gas and time and order online.

Employee was rude and had a terrible attitude.
Provided information inconsistent with UPS Customer Service and other Access Points in the area. Not a place I’m leaving my package with no receipt (which the employee tried insisting I do).

Never have I felt more singled out getting my prescriptions that are not even close to being on a controlled substance list. Medication that is life or death and quality of life. Never have I had to have insulin checked by the "pharmacist" prior to purchase. In the 5 years I have used this pharmacy I have never had to go without taking my medicine until this year. Told that my previously filled insulin was fraudulent. Made to feel like it was my fault the prescription was not 30 days but 28 days.

I've put up with this pharmacy for years- the long waits, the random closing due to "staff shortages", the disorganized employees, and even the dispensing of the wrong medication, but today was the final straw. I was recently prescribed a new injectable medication I've NEVER used before. I asked to speak with the pharmacist to discuss how to use it and potential side effects. I was told, and I quote, "The directions are in the box." What kind of professional customer service is that? The last I knew, you could ask a pharmacist about your medication. I'm appalled and so disappointed.

I can’t recall the name of the pharmacist that I had spoke to but wow she was probably the worst person I’ve ever spoken too
