The staff at this location are extremely rude and take forever to go through the faxed prescriptions. I finally got the go to get my father’s anxiety medication so I went to pick it up and the pharmacy tech said it was going to be $160.00 and that was with his insurance. My father gets the exact same medication at Dillon’s for 20 bucks. We used CVS because it was a lot closer to where we live but I guess we will continue with Dillon’s pharmacy. My advise to the pharmacy employees is to take a course on customer service and stop charging people an arm and a leg for their medication!

This location is top notch for delivering your medicine to the wrong address, then requiring you to chase it down. Two months in a row. If I had any transportation, I would pick it up. But I would change to walgreens due to the poor attitudes of those who answer the phone. Choose any pharmacy but this one.

Very clean store every time I shop and clear signs where each product is. The employee greets everyone who comes in and so helpful with everyone. My only concern is on the self checkout there is not a handheld scanner to scan a gift card on my phone. I wish this store could get one.

Man, LOTS of bad reviews/unhappy customers with REAL needs. I have a bad one, too. Unworthy of even 1 star. I wanted to speak to someone, about a prescription and price. The staff wanted me to speak loudly, because wasn't even nowhere near me. I've drove by this store many times since it was built. Never see any cars in lot. Today was my first time here. Guess I can't say I wasn't warned. O.K. TO BUILD SOMETHING New there I guess. Send young employees back to mommy and daddy.

These lazy members of staff in the pharmacy ALWAYS slow play when it's close to closing time so they don't have to help anyone in the line outside that's been waiting way before closing time. This particular time the vehicle behind me outside went inside and was helped after 6, I'm guessing cause of her skin color but it's unfair the special treatment supposed non white people get in this town.Don't push people aside cause you can't call for help, just give up your job man.9/9/23

I NEVER leave reviews but my experience yesterday definitely calls for one. Me & my boyfriend stopped at this CVS pharmacy yesterday (8/31 around 11am) to pick up my medicine after having my wisdom teeth removed. After he was handed the medicine by the lady at the drive thru window, she asked if he had any questions. He proceeded to simply ask how often the meds needed administered or if there was any more basic info he needed to know. His question was completely ignored & the lady responded with “do you have ANY QUESTIONS?!” with the worst possible attitude as if his question wasn’t valid, he repeated himself & was met with the same response before she walked off to get the ACTUAL pharmacist (who was very polite & actually provided an answer to the question that was asked) Had I been in the right state of mind, I would have confronted the employee myself because no customer should be met with such attitude or disregard. I imagine someone’s grandson/son picking up medication, asking the same questions so they can provide the best care for their loved ones & being met with such disgusting behavior & it’s very disheartening. I strongly believe that the lady that helped us shouldn’t even be employed here or in any position where assisting customers is necessary. It takes nothing to be kind & polite. You should try it sometime… or better yet, don’t even ask if someone needs help if you’re going to act like a complete…. nevermind lol.

Was using the self check out when I scanned something twice. The guy at the register was with another customer. A lady was also back there helping him with the customer. When she finished she looked directly at me, then looked up at the blinking light, looked me straight in my eyes and rolled hers as she walked away. I walked after her to ask for help. She acted very annoyed and said “well I’d have to get the card to even allow me to help you just have the guy up front help you” while the man upfront was still with the other customer. When I said he was still busy she sighed and went to get the card.

We haven't had many problems stopping in here. The pharmacy department is faster than Walgreens. The thing is sometimes the store is not fully stocked. But the staff is friendly and will have a conversation with you.

I left a review for CVS at central and Oliver explaining why they were the worst pharmacy in town, but I was mistaken. The associates at this store were wonderful and helpful, however, the pharmacist is inept to the point of not functioning like a human. It took 3 separate doctors calling for her to find my FOUR DAY OLD child's medicine.So, pharmacy associates, y'all are amazing. Pharmacist, maybe find a different career.

I was trying to move a prescription from a grocery store pharmacy to CVS because the initial pharmacy no longer takes Express Scripts. I called the evening of 3.6.2023 and when I asked if they could go through ES, I was told "I don't know" I thanked them and hung up. I called AGAIN, at 9:30am on 3.7.2023, and AGAIN, I was told "I don't know", but this time I told them that wasn't an answer, and she said "you'll need to call our customer service line to find out". You have a major chain, that quit using ES, and your people don't even know how to answer that question? You could've had my business, not now, and I will never try again

Still waiting for a online order ordered on the 3rd but no one can find the order. Staff talks about customers while they are on the phone. Will NEVER NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. Now all I want is my money back since I still don't have wgsy I ordered!

Set my appointment to get a COVID test 6 hours ago. Got out of bed feeling absolutely miserable and they didn't have anyone to do the test.
