I have never felt so disrespected for taking medication. The woman I spoke to on the phone made false accusations and seemed very biased and short. It's hard enough taking meds daily and battling a condition that is gaurteed to never improve. Her bad attitude was very unnecessary and judgemental. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

Prepare for them to take 20 mins AFTER they talk to you, to even get anything for you, even when you get the text that it’s already ready for you. They also will be incredibly rude the whole time. Choose another location if you can

Unlike other locations this location you actually get good of hard to find deals like these items their good have around in the home to snack on and have breakfast especially when their is snow on the ground

The Cashier at the front of the store, whose name was not found on my receipt of 01-13-25 @3:00PM CASHR#0000003 was SO Very kind and Very helpful. She explained the "Extra Card" to me and helped me sign up for the service. I complemented her on her service and cheerful demeanor. I commented about my experience with Sharlita at the pharmacy. She did not seem surprised. When I mentioned the tall young and his joyful work ethic.

I have never felt more disrespected than during this visit to CVS. I came to purchase a few items but couldn’t find them. When I asked for help from two employees, who were clearly not busy, I was met with awful attitudes. One of them blatantly showed disdain, while the other directed me to the baby medicine aisle – where the product I needed was nowhere to be found. After over 10 minutes of fruitless searching, I returned to ask again. This time, she told me to check aisle 10 or 12. It took me another 20 minutes to finally locate the item, all while she stood there, seemingly enjoying my frustration and helplessness.
This experience left me questioning why I had to endure such treatment when stores like Walgreens, Dollar General, or Aldi consistently provide outstanding service. Their employees are always willing to help, often going out of their way to guide me directly to what I need. That level of care and professionalism makes me feel valued as a customer, not like an annoyance begging for assistance.
CVS not only disappointed me but also left me feeling outright angry. A major brand like this cannot allow unprofessional staff to tarnish its reputation. I have no desire to return if it means being subjected to such disrespect again.

I was inline at the pharmacy before their lunch but because they were bs'ing with the customer in front of us we did not get to the window by 1:30. They closed the window & refused to help us. If they would employ more people to run it right this would not be a problem. Most of the staff are rude & unhelpful.

Awful pharmacy. Staff has a bad attitude for no reason and have no bedside manner. They were out of certain medication fairly frequently. I only went there because my work's insurance required me to. Once I found a new job, I immediately found a new pharmacy.

The store isn't opened until 10 pm. That's a lie. I had an emergency need and got there at 938 and they were closed already

Checked website, closes at 10pm Friday night, checked sign on door, closes at 10pm o. Friday night. Why then is the door locked at 915pm with inner door open and all lights on?

My prescription was set to autorefill. It was on backorder for more than a week. Then when it came in, I asked for it to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered the next day. 3 days later I don't have it. I went into the application and it says the driver canceled. I got no notification. I went to go pick it up and they told me I had to pay a second time. When I showed them that the app says paid they told me to call corporate which should be open 7 days a week. I call and they are only open Monday through Friday. So the only way to get my prescriptions is to pay for them twice.
