I’m not an advanced CrossFit participant by any means; the coaches help modify the session that better fits my abilities.Everyone is very encouraging and you can guarantee you will hear plenty of “glad you showed up” and “great job”; a very positive atmosphere!

I’m extremely new to any type weight lifting, but everyone has been very motivating and helpful, which has been incredible for me. I’m really happy I starting coming here:)

I dropped in for two days from Kentucky. The coaches were great. Super helpful and lots of energy even at 5:15am! The members were super inviting and made me feel at home. The facility and equipment are top notch and the programing was solid. If you're in Wichita, certainly check out Compelled?
