If you need to go into a store please go to another location. A few days ago I went in to make changes to my account and delete a line that was no longer in use, the store representative made a mistake and deleted my daughter’s number that was currently active. Since they close on Thursdays I had to wait days to be able to go back to the exact store and when I went back the girl who made the mistake was not there. Instead someone else was and they weren’t not willing to help me even though I was on the phone with the cricket support 1-800 number. I was told to just be patient and keep waiting longer, (mind you it had been days at this point). I was even told I would have to PAY to have that line reconnected when it was THEIR mistake. They definitely had a careless attitude even though I was being respectful and just wanted that line to be connected. I will definitely never go back to this location and hope that next time the people in store will pay better attention when they are doing things because I wasted a lot of time due to this.

I bought a phone and case here. A few days later a button had fallen out of the case. I took it back to this store and they replaced it no questions asked. Great service.
