The customer service is horrible. The fat Hispanic girlfriend to hustle me I needed three lines and was told I can get three free phones. Well she went into the back scanned two phones and said I had to pay an extra 100 fir the third phone and had to pay extra for the third line and could combine the extra line a month later. That's not what she said at first. The other cake face Hispanic girl came out and they started speaking spanish. In all I didn't get the phones and felt discrimination.

Went in to get a new phone, asked representative if he would transfer everything from old phone to new one. He said he would, but never did. Lost a lot of important information from old phone. Have to go back and have them fix my storage. It says I'm out of space when I have a extra memory card in it.

Love the service we got--they were super knowledgeable and helpful. We got nice new phones and a great rate. We pay for four lines virtually the same as two lines with our old carrier with better service!!!

I've been a customer of cricket for 5-6 years now, But since the beginning of 2022 I have had nothing but issues not only does the store not know how to fix anything they don't even try I went in because I had gotten a text about a SIM card and that I needed a new one I told this to the lady at the counter who was apparently a manager. Rather than taking any of my information and looking up what the issue could be she told me my phone was no longer compatible I have a Samsung Galaxy note 9 it has been around not that long. Not long enough for me to justify throwing it away and getting a new one.. I didn't even need to buy a new 1 I just needed a SIM card but it took me getting upset calling the customer service line and getting a supervisor to look at my account to figure out why everybody else was telling me I needed a new phone. 100% would not recommend cricket to anybody that doesn't have the time or the know how to deal with customer service people who can't do their jobs. It took 3 calls, a chat and a visit to the store and that was just today's wasted time.Update for those who actually read this. I got a call from the GM of the store I went to. He made excuses and didn't offer any fix for the fact that his employees wasted my time and gave me the wrong information about my phone. My family and I will be porting our number out soon and highly recommend that other cricket users do the same.

Cricket provides reasonable service prices, as well as friendly service to their customers. Five lines with unlimited talk, text, and data is only costing me $125 monthly! I recommend their service for anyone on a budget, or just looking to cut costs on multiple lines of service. Also, upgrades per line available for each line every 180 days! I get good reception in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico, as tested to date..

I have been with this company now going on at least 10 years and the only thing that upsets me is that they're always changing the employees so you never can just have one person that's been there a long time. But it would be nice to teach them and teach the call center to talk to each other so that they can help the customers. That is really my only complaint with this company. Other than that they're very good phones.
