I've never been disappointed with purchases at Costco. That said there's one exception. The brisket we bought there for Christmas dinner was nearly all fat. We cooked it on our Traeger as we have done many times. When it was fully cooked and sliced the fat was all the way through with only a thin streak of meat. We had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for precooked brisket. 7 lbs was $120.

Workers always seem to have a smile and very helpful. Had a question that only a manager could answer and they were very helpful in my purchase of my Ninja Coffee Pot.

It's so immense and competitively stacked up with the goods that I expected when I wanted to check Christmas shopping items. Like the Club place, similar to this type of big box retailer, or wholesale goods store, this has everything from baby to pharmacy to grocery shopping and even a detached gas convenience store in the lot. Great concept that I only recently became aware of and plan to use. It does take membership just like the other place mentioned here. Love the ability to take bulk items and save over time.

Too many people on their own mission not caring to be courteous, store isn't big enough. Everyday in there is what I imagine shopping the moments after a societal collapse to be like. Not a fan. They do offer some solid products though.

My little brother applied here and after getting “hired” and being so excited to start, they told him his start date would be Nov. 15 they just needed to do his background check first and he has not heard back since. He’s called multiple times and they keep telling him the system is down and it’s been over a month that he’s been waiting and they still haven’t done his background check to get him started. Holiday seasons is when people need money the most and they just stringed him along.

Guy who signed us up for our membership spent more time chit chatting with my wife than expected (others around us came and went multiple times in our application time) he also assured us that the product we came for and bought a membership for was for sale. When we finally got our membership and in the product we came for was for the store bakery use only so kinda a waste of time and money for us.He also threatened to yell at us on the way out of store for not buying the gold membership if he seen us with a cart fullPlenty of good items and deals. Just not particularly what we needed. And would NEVER want to deal with I'm again.

Door greeters won't even tell people how to get help if they don't have their membership card with them. Too busy patroling the door which is stupid because u can't buy anything without it anyway. Would have been nice to have been directed to the membership office after my long drive to get there but that's ok costco, I will no longer be a member and will shop where they welcome me in

The pizza and chicken bake here are delicious! Also, I highly recommend getting the croissants. Everything is well priced, the store is clean, they have a decently large selection, and everyone is nice and helpful. Also, getting a membership is worth it alone for the gas prices.

Nice selection of product. Great prices on several must haves for our household. The bakery products all looked fresh and yummy, and the giant pumpkin pie looked amazing and was a good price.

The employees at the food court SCREAM out the order numbers for food over and over and over, making visiting this store the most unnerving, ingratiating, and irritating of shopping/eating experiences you can possibly imagine. You can hear them literally SCREAMING these numbers throughout the whole front of the store and all of the checkout lanes. These people scream all day long... repeatedly, over and over and over. The people eating at the food court have a front row seat to this yelling fest as they eat... they should really hand out earplugs with the food orders. You can literally see one of the food court ladies' head turn red and blood veins popping out on her forehead when she is yelling out the numbers. Is that REALLY NECCESARY to call out an order number? It is super super super annoying, it's like they are competing to see who can scream louder. It's very unprofessional and rude.I was waiting on my wife as she looked at glasses frames and they just kept yelling so loudly and repeatedly that I had to go wait in the car... and the eyeglasses area is several hundreds of feet from the yelling people! I included a picture of how far away these yelling people are from where I was sitting, they are all the way to the other side of the store, and it is just incredibly stupid that I can hear them at YELLING LEVEL from this far away.... and it is just constant.Don't go here if you don't want to hear people yelling repeatedly at the top of their lungs while you shop. And it's always like this every time we come. I know, as you're reading this you won't get it - but go stand in there for 20 minutes and listen to the yelling. Haven't these people heard of the concept of shopping and eating in peace? Where is management?

Pros: abundant organic food selection, lots of treasure hunt type “finds” ($$$$), most associates are friendly, Kirkland brand items seem good quality. Really like their grocery selectionCons: Oh my goodness, Costco, come on into the 21st century please. Target, Walmart, Sam's, on and on and on have apps and websites that show you what is in stock before driving 20+ miles to find out they don’t have what you need. And I’ve had multiple experiences asking (nice, friendly) associates where to find basic items previously purchased and the associates can’t even find them. Once a super friendly management associate looked the item up on the computer after saying Costco doesn’t sell that item and found that they actually had 90+ in stock but he had no idea where to find them. He and I eventually did find them. (Time is money, Costco). Curbside pickup would be nice. Scan & Go to avoid the long checkout lines would be nice.Summary: It’s time to renew my membership. I do love Costco. So yeah, I’ll probably renew.

Changing my 5 star to a 1 star.If you’re going to check photos to catch people abusing accounts a simple change for account holders would be to add the photos and names of both account members to each of the two IDs.Then you wouldn’t have to harass people using their spouses’ card for a quick pick up.Edit:Idea 2) have a photo pop up on the register screens of the members and have your staff generally eyeball so they can spot check when needed instead of giving every person in line a hard time.

One bad thing on COSTCO. They don’t open till 10. They sell some of the best baked goods. Cherry Danish mmmmm but if you can’t get them till 10. What is the point. Great gas prices. Friendly happy employees.
