I ordered tires in store on Friday and was told they should be there the next day but he guaranteed them by Monday. When I didn't get a call Monday I called them about 7:30pm. Hoping to get them scheduled this week at the latest. The gentleman on the phone acted like I was an inconvenience and sort of giggled when he realized I ordered them just 3 days earlier. Then proceeded to tell me it would be 7-10 days. When I explained that the guy who sold the tires told me it would be no later than that day he responder with; "no one's supposed say that. We're supposed to say 7-10 days." Then sat there breathing in my ear without offering any sort of solution or alternatives. He didn't even apologize. I'm leaving town in 2 days and really need tires before driving 400 miles on my current ones. I could have gone somewhere else and had them done that day. Customer service is going down hill with most companies these days. I hate to see Costco failing too.

We got a flat tire the day before the 4th of July at 6:30pm. We called Costco and told them what happened, they were so awesome!! They had us come in and replaced the blown tire, even though they were closing soon, so we didn’t have to be stranded there for 2 days. Great service!

3 hours to rotate my tires and didn’t get my pressure sensors on the correct tires. Great place to buy groceries, buy and service tires somewhere else.

Good service but incredibly slow. The last few times I’ve rotated tires, it’s been at least 2.5 hours. They also lost two of my tire hub caps then claimed they came off after I left the parking lot.

Be prepared for a LONG wait (for installation or rotation.First, service needs to be scheduled three to four weeks out.Second, service takes an incredibly long time. Installation was four hours, rotation on another car was 2.5 hours.Inefficient and inconvenient.

I've never been disappointed with purchases at Costco. That said there's one exception. The brisket we bought there for Christmas dinner was nearly all fat. We cooked it on our Traeger as we have done many times. When it was fully cooked and sliced the fat was all the way through with only a thin streak of meat. We had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for precooked brisket. 7 lbs was $120.

Raven was super helpful in educating me which tires to get for my vehicle while staying within budget. She patiently assisted me on two separate occasions. The first time I came in asking about which tires would work for my vehicle. The second time I came in, Raven recommended a quantity of tires for my specific situation, even going as far as leaving the tire kiosk and walking to my car in the parking lot just to double check before placing the order on the tires. Raven was very patient and understanding and has a firm grasp of knowledge on her career field. Raven deserves a raise and recognition for her work. I am excited to recommend Costco tires to all of my friends and family due to this interaction.

Bravo ? on the Shared Membership Card finding and checking every single shoppers. What a way to lose so many potential revenues that they could’ve get from those “non-member” shoppers just to potentially earn their $60 membership a YEAR. Not to mention that the existing members might cancel their membership through this “checking” on every shoppers since they feel annoyed. Great move, great move.

Love their products but hate their customer service! They act like you are trying to sneak in and rob them! They check your card multiple times during your visit and before you go to check out, and again at check out. This is ridiculous! I will be canceling my membership there!

Full disclaimer this first statement is just an assumption: they need more employees in the tire center or they are going to burn out the ones they have! Takes a lot longer than communicated to complete an appt, etc.Recent experience:60,000 mile warranty tires lasted to 35,000! (A reputably good brand but I know of tires lasting 60,000 miles with no rotations and I made it to 35,000 with 3-4 rotations…. “Big box poor quality”?) And warranty (from manufacturer but easiest cop out for Costco Tire Center) NOT honored even with 3-4 rotations in 35,000 mile time.Even if I didn’t hit the exact mileage (repeated EXTRA long rotation appointments each time I was there), this should not be the case for 60,000 Michelin tires.I would advise to buy tires and honor those warranties elsewhere! Discount tire will honor a rotation done at any location for warranty purposes, for example.I’m sharing so they can stop stripping money from hard working people (some people are not knowledgeable about these things so scamming can become easy and unnoticed).Save yourself money and time 1) you’re not stuck in Costco for longer than planned with any appointment - opportunity to $$$ minus the food court ? 2) HALF the “warranty mileage” not honored and brand new tires needing to be purchased way sooner than what is appropriate!

IN Wichita from out of town. Love my COSTCO so didn't expect to find another perfect COSTCO. But SHAZAMM! I sure did. Now I will look forward to shopping at COSTCO in Wichita. The store was busy because of it being Saturday and check out lines were long. Very nice patient organized employees made short work of my wait in line. Cudos!

Was trying to see if Costco was worth it to us. First off we had to have a tour to walk through the store. Look your a wholesale warehouse not Area 51. Your selling household items it’s not that special you need a tour guide. In a world where inclusion is highly desired you sure as heck should change your policy if you want new customers to not be treated like children on a tour of your store.
